        Pre-Breakfast - Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake

        Breakfast - MUP with almonds

        Lunch - 3.5 ounce pork chop; 1 serving of sugar snap peas

        Snack - 1 cup of jicama

        Dinner - Chicken Schwarma Salad I picked up from a local greek restaurant (Romaine lettuce, olive oil, feta cheese, roasted chicken)

        Fitday Totals:
        1460 calories
        30 net carbs, 20 of those net veggie carbs (61g carbs - 31g fiber = 30 net carbs)
        61% Fat
        9% Carbs
        30% Protein

        * Worked from 9:30am till 7:30pm - low on carbs, but good considering the circumstances

          B - few slices of garlic sausage
          L - Burger(bunless) with fried onions and mushrooms with a large salad with mayo
          D - Omelette with bacon and onions
          S - 2 strawberries dipped in cream

              Hi Em I just noticed this post and remembered I had found a bunch of tofu recipes last year.

              You will have to check ingredients and maybe substitute some to make it lowcarb but there are lots of ideas on how to use tofu.

                OMG! I am sooooo tired... the day felt incredibly long at work today. After getting home at 7:30, we went out to eat and that's where I ate the Chef Salad. I definitely don't feel like trying to guestimate totals in Fitday, so I'm blowing it off tonight. Ate well.

                  Breakfast: 1 whole bag of frozen cauliflower, cooked with 2 oz. cheddar, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp mustard; 4 small slices center cut bacon; 1/2 cup sugar snap peas with 2 tbsp dill dip

                  Lunch: 1 cup of pumpkin puree with 2 pats of butter

                  Dinner: 2 egg omelette, 1 cup acorn squash puree

                  Snack: 1 oz. cheddar

                    Yesterday's ratio's were all out of whack.

                    Breakfast
                    1/2 cup cottage cheese
                    1/2 cup of strawberries
                    2 eggs
                    2 slices of bacon
                    1 slice of swiss cheese
                    2 slices of fiber plus whole grain bread

                    Lunch
                    Crab cakes w/ 8 oz lump crab meat
                    1 tbsp remoulade sauce
                    2.5 cups of cauliflower
                    1/2 large apple
                    1 oz of pistachio kernals

                    Dinner
                    1/4 duck with l'orange cream sauce
                    2 cups of white asparagus
                    12 oz of champagne

                    Snack
                    1/2 cup of strawberries
                    1 sourdough wasa
                    1 oz cream cheese

                    2178 calories (ouch!), 97 grams fat 40%, 145 grams of protein 26%, and 91 grams of protein 34%.

                      Breakfast: 3oz chicken breast, 2 eggs, .66 oz American cheese, 1.5 oz tomato, .75oz chopped onion (an omelette) w/ a dash of garlic salt.

                      Lunch: 3oz chicken breast, 2.5oz salad mix, 2oz tomato, .5oz sunflower seeds, 1oz ranch.

                      As it stands I'm at 795 calories, 51% protein/9% carb (19 total-3 fiber=16 net)/40% protein.

                      I still have lots of room for the day, so I'll likely have some cottage cheese w/ raspberries, splenda and cinnamon for a snack at some point. Dinner tonight will be Jambalaya.


                      Can you tell I have a ton of chicken to burn through? LOL

                        Snack - whole red bellpepper; 1 ounce cheddar cheese

                        Dinner - Chicken Shwarma Salad (Greek salad made with Romaine lettuce, olive oil, feta cheese, roasted chicken)

                        Fitday Totals:
                        1307 calories
                        27 net carbs, 16 of those net veggie carbs (52g carbs - 25g fiber = 27 net carbs)
                        66% Fat
                        8% Carbs
                        25% Protein

                        * I was too low on both calories and net carbs today. Thankfully, today was the last day of my long hours at work. I should be able to get back on track tommorow.

                              Its gonna be a crappy day today, i can feel it... darn tom.

                              B - Crustless Quiche
                              L - Wholewheat roll with tuna mayo and salad
                              D - bought some courgette(zucchini) never had it before so when i figure out what to do with it i'll have that with a chicken breast.
