      Well, I was losing, but had some tortilla chips at lunch today.... darn me! but otherwise legal... today is day 4 of rung 1...
      so far today I had eggs and coffee and splenda and cream
      Green salad of lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber, avocado, chicken ranch dressing
      tortilla chips... say about 10 or so and salsa
      Yesterday at work i didn't get enough water in so was afraid to get on the scale today. I will tomorrow though.

        Pre-Breakfast - Atkins Chocolate Royale Shake

        Breakfast - MUP with almonds

        Lunch - 160g red bellpepper; 1 ounce cheddar cheese

        Snack - 6 ounces broccoli slaw with mayo, splenda & vinegar

        Dinner - pork chops; 1 whole, large cucumber; 10 cherry tomatoes


        Fitday totals:
        1696 calories
        41 net carbs, 30 of those net veggie carbs (71g carbs - 30g fiber = 41 net carbs)
        62% Fat
        10% Carbs

          I don't plan on going back to induction, rung 1 should be fine for me. My problem is the same as Emma's--I think many of my foods might be "turning" on me. Foods that were once safe are no longer OK for me to eat! But now as I say that, I feel like the "old" Julie again...I feel like my body is working properly once more. We shall see what happens in these next few weeks!

              Nope, I haven't cut anything out this week! The only thing that's different is that I've been eating MORE, oddly enough. My weight is still the same, but I feel smaller. I feel like I might be dropping a couple of pounds soon!

                Hi everyone,
                Just came back from my walk... while I was out my ds came home, discovered the front door unlocked and promptly locked it so I got locked out... he couldn't come and unlock it as he went off on a bus to the CIF championship for football... (his CIF game is tomorrow, but they are letting the team out of school for the day to go watch the other divisions play...) ANYWAYS, my neighbor had a copy so all's well that ends well!
                Anyways,
                Break: coffee, splenda no cream Pumpkin pound cake...(recipe on linda's web site... 2 carbs/serving... made with almond flour...)
                Lunch: cheeseburger, with mayo and tomotoe slice on lg lettuce leaf and MUP

                So off to shower and hop in the car to go get dd!!!!! Gotta drive to LA in the rain, about a 3 hour trip, but it's taken me 5 hours in the past with traffic, ugh! I'm giving myself a little over 6 hours as I plan to stop and eat and possibly shop! he he!

                  2 eggs
                  cottage cheese with strawberries (1/2 cup each)
                  Oatmeal (1/2 cup whole grain oats)

                  Lunch
                  Mahi Mahi (6 oz) topped with 3 oz shrimp and 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
                  2 cups of green beans

                  Dinner
                  8 oz of ham
                  1 cup of asparagus
                  2 cups of salad
                  2 tbsp blue cheese dressing
                  14 oz of red wine (I know it was too much)

                  Snack
                  1 oz almonds

                  2016 calories, 74 grams of fat, 171 grams of protein and 86 net carbs

                    I'm happy to say I'm down 2 pounds this morning! I've tried to eat MORE this week, and it seems to be working!

                    Pre-workout/breakfast: Atkins bar

                    Lunch: 4 cups cauliflower foob (1 bag of frozen cauliflower, 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp dijon mustard, 1 oz cheddar), 4 small slices center cut bacon

                    Dinner: 7 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 cups string beans, 1/2 cup butternut puree

                    After dinner: There will be some alcohol involved! But I will stick to wine (possibly with dinner) or liquor, NO BEER.

                      Didnt wake up til 2pm, see what happens when i forget to switch the alarm on? so my menus gonna be quite small....

                      Brunch - 4 slices of canadian bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice of wholewheat bread
                      Dinner - Lamb steak, 1 cup mushrooms, 1/2 cup babycorn 1/2 cup mangetout 1/2 cup asparagus

                      ive never had mangetout before, its pretty good, another new veggie for me to get obsessed with.

                        Congratulations Julie! Who would think it? Eat More, Lose More? Sometimes it just goes against conventional wisdom, doesn't it?

                        Hopefully, it will work out that way for me this week. We had a Christmas party last night and calories were up somewhere over 2700 yesterday! Too much to post and too much guess work to be accurate. So I'm skipping it for now.
