    Hey all,

Didn't weigh this morning, though I should have.
Break was one egg, one slice of flax/fiber bread, and huge, honking coffee.
Lunch: cheeseburger patty with 1.5 cups of mixed veggies (carrots, onions, zucchiini)

I am catching cold, and they called me in for...get this...a fourth interview?! Going a little crazy at this point!

      Yesterdays totals are as follows.

      Breakfast
Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1/2 cup of strawberries
      2 eggs

      Lunch
6 oz Spicy Chipotle Chicken Salad
      2 cups of cauliflower

      Dinner
I don't know what you call this. I guess it was chicken and mushroom, and cheese, and sour cream, and asparagus casserole. Ingredients were 7 oz chicken breast, .25 cups of sour cream, .75 cuips of cream of mushroom soup, 1/3rd cup of shredded cheese, 1 stalk green onion, and 1 cup of asparagus. It was good, but with the wine, it sure shot my calories up.
7 oz white wine (Pinot Grigio)

      Snack
      1 sourdough wasa crispbread
      1/2 oz of cream cheese

      1974 calories, 99 fat grams 45%, 153 grams protein 31%, and 69 net carbs 24%

Hi ladies! I've been really inconsistent about coming in here and posting what I eat every day. I know, I know, shame on me!

Anyhow, OWL is not working for me at the time. To be honest, I don't even know what Rung I'm in anymore. I've been very sloppy about things lately and taken things for granted. I'm just gonna start this WOE all over again and try to get that momentum going all over again. I don't know when or where, but I lost it. I will find an Induction thread somewhere and join that bandwagon in Jan. Thanks all for the support and encouragement.

Hi Emma. Julie told me the same thing. I'm really pumped to do this, clean slate. Is there a thread I can join for this?

not yet but i'm sure there will be one in January!

probably get a sign up going once xmas is out of the way... should be interesting for the long timers to restart the whole thing going up the rungs together, upping the carbs together... i know it wont end up that way as we all have different tolerances, but i think the support will do everyone some good.

I agree! That is an awesom idea. Maybe we should call it "Old timers recommiting" or "oldtimeres starting over" or something like that. You're very creative Emma, so I'm sure can can come up with something really catchy. Thanks.

Hey!! I'm sure i didnt nominate myself LOL

Theres quite a few of us, and i'm positive they'll be more in the new year, which is kinda unfortunate but it happens... Theres You, me & Julie that i know of, then i'm pretty sure that Alexa would join and possibly Jane and i'm sure someone else jumped on it when it was mentioned in one of the journals...

We'll sort something nearer the time!

Break: 4 turkey sausage with less than a teaspoon mayo.

Snack/dinner on the run at work...spaced out as didn't have a chance to eat all at once... califlower casserole, tuna salad/lettuce rollups with 1 slice tomatoe, 2 oz cheese...
a couple of shots of straight whipped cream from the can into the mouth... (got really hungry! oops!)

Well i think the idea is were starting from the beginning, weve already done the stepping back, hence this thread...

I personally am starting at induction and i'm going to re-find my CCLL and retest all foods as theyre all turning on me...

If you dont need to do this Liz i wouldnt suggest you go back to induction, maybe just step back to rung one and stay in this thread?

Okay, yeah, I think I'm going to stay here on rung 1 to rung 3 for a while... skipping back and forth... I've been re reading the book and for people who are okay with losing slowly the higher rungs are good... but I want to lose more quickly... but I don't think I can do induction again... but I may change my mind... we'll see what January brings and we have a while to think about it and decide. There is always something about the first of the year and wt loss... Induction definately does the trick with dropping lbs!
