Vanessa...good for you for going to the gym. Not cooking anything here. We'll have to go eat at Joe's.
Andie....since they are eating all those carbs anywayand aren't concerned...maybe you could hunt around for a low carb version of your cake...full fat cream and cream cheese..that sort of thing. Even if the ingredients are higher up on the rungs.
You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it. ~Maya Angelo~
Awww..I love my buddies! You guys are so kind and reassuring! With support and words like this how can a girl go wrong? Well you can but it makes it alot easier to stay on track with you guys cheering me on.
~Livelovelaugh, dont get too down on yourself. That is a bad habit to have and hard to break. Almost as hard to break as yo-yoing. I was/am horrible about talking bad about myself and getting down on myself. Although I AM getting better. Just pound the water and keep truckin on lady. You can do this.

My husband and I right before we got married.
I am sad today.
I am out of ketosis, AGAIN!
Why, you ask? Good question.
Seriously!
No, actually, we dont have any vegetables. =( Everyone make a sad face for me! I get paid the day after tomorrow, so there will soon be veggies again, but for yesterday, today, and tomorrow, no veg. And that is probably going to stall me. It has stalled me. I have been working out every and drinking tons of water and steadily gaining ounces everyday. Like 8 ounces a day. =( Somebody get this girl some brocolli, she's gonna blow!
Sorry about that Andrea.
I live in Brooklyn, NY so my trips to the grocery are on foot and I can only get what I can carry so I run out here and there too. Sometimes I wish I had a big station wagon and a COSTCO card. Anyway, don't worry, you'll get back on track.
Also, congrats on joining the 6WEC. I did the last one and I wouldn't have exercised half as much as I did otherwise.
Hey everyone! Doing well today. Went for a walk at the lake with the fam. Didn't eat the best food but it wasn't as bad as it could be. I need to get my mind back in the game.
Everyone is exercising but me, . Guess I'll have to start soon. Maybe tomorrow. Nah. Not yet. How's everyone doing tonight. All's well here. Stay focused and strong everybody. We gonna get through this together. God Bless, Joe

No, we are just po' folk! LOL.
Got too many bills and not enough money, you know. I feel like we are a young struggling newlywed couple, but we've been doing this for nine years, so you'd think it would get easier, you know?
Oh well, I am going shopping tomorrow (possibly even tonight!) because there is almost nothing ATkins friendly in this whole house! the check probably wont go through.... fingers crossed! =)
Andrea I got news for you. You aint the only one. With 3 trucks at home, neither getting more than 15 mpg it is putting a dent in a lot of things. We manage and do our best and make do with what we got. It'll get better. I hope or else I'm gettin rid of me Lade. God Bless, Joe
Hey everyone, just stoppin' by to say a quick hi. I'm beat from moving today. I don't ever want to have to do this again! Oh, and, I'm never helping anyone move a dishwasher either.
I'll tell you though, if this doesn't kill me (and I'm not sure it won't), it HAS to make me stronger!
