        My veggie total for Sunday was 20 net grams.

        Looks like a lot of people got their veggies in!
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            not a stupid question at all.
            i didn't chart everything but just a day or two. on those days, no, my calories didn't go up. in fact, they were down just a bit.

                  Hey veggie eaters,

                  I just wanted to show off my Cauliflower.......WHIIIIIHOOOOOOOOOOO! we did it.

                  Thank you once again Jimmie & Silly, i feel sooooo good, after this veggies will be my number one source of carbs. I ate pumpkin for the ast time this week and enjoyed it, i would have never considered of tasting it before le alone buying it and storing it in my fridge.....NOW its there waiting to be cooked..

                    You bought a real, whole pumpkin and cooked it? Wow, I always open a can of the pure pumpkin kind with no sugar or anything added to it!

                    BTW kids, I roasted the seeds from the huge Spaghetti squash I made. Yum, like pumpkin seeds and just the right amount as well! I soaked in salt water for about 3 hours, patted them dry and put them in the oven for a long time at low heat.

                      LOLOL....yep my Royal Cauliflower Crown....good one, i did not notice that. Anyway as for the pumpkin, i did not by a whole one I bought 1 Kilo of it and i still have enough to do something with it for this week. when it comes to seeds like pumpkin or melon ones, we let them dry out side in the sun for maybe 2 days and voila.....READY!!

                        Hi, All!

                        Yes, I will keep up the higher veggie consuption... I had 21 net carbs from veggies today. And most of you may have already seen in a previous post that I lost 2 pounds the week before the challenge when I "practiced" upping my veggies and 3 pounds during the actual challenge. I'm happy.

                        I must have too many things in my siggie for my cauliflower head. Should I get rid of some stuff? I am such a computer dunce!

                          I'll keep up my veggie consumption as well close to the 17 grams of the challenge. Just feels like the healthy thing to do plus my calories were down, as well.

                            Well done on your cauli badge Janet .. not sure if I got one or not ...maybe its hiding with the carrot man!!! By the way -- where was that list that jimmie made with all the totals? I think I need a Map and a compass to find it!!!

                              donna, you'll have to try just a wee bit harder next time. these were the totals you posted:
                              D14965 OWL 20 18 15 25 16 16 18

                              you needed at least 17 each day.

                              the good news is that you learned some valuable lessons during the week and the next time the challenge is offered, you'll pass with flying colors!

                              here's one last chart to look at. i'll leave it up for a day or two and then it'll be gone.

                                here's the deal mitzigirl.
                                every smilie, every graphic that you have in your siggy counts as 1 item. you're allowed 5.
                                yes yes i know, you see 385 in mine BUT all of my stuff is combined into one picture. so i only have 2 things in my siggy. the awards picture and the passport.

                                you will either have to combine some things or start taking out some smilies.
