The key to getting through a spaghetti squash is a VERY sharp knife and a non slick mat so it doesn't get away from you. They're tough for me too but I bought a new knife and what a difference.
My menu from yesterday because I didn't get the chance to post it last night----I think I'll probably end up being a day behind because I don't plan my menus, I wing em.
