Down a pound since last weigh in. I've been adding muscle, so weight is not my best measure right now. I like the not weighing every day. Will keep working on the program.

for those who gained or saw other things besides a weight loss. Keep going. Don't get discouraged. Stay focused on your goals---it's easy to say, hard to do, but worth the time and effort!
