I am reading the OWL section. I have glanced at it before but since I'm still on induction I hadn't read it properly. I also looked at some of the OWL sticky posts here on the forum because I plan to move to OWL next week and it all seemed so complex ... it's been hard enough trying to get induction right, so I thought how the heck am I going to make sure I get all the right number of carbs from the right things when I start adding new foods?
So being a person who likes things to be well organised, today I sat down and devised a week's menu full of things I like, starting at induction levels, measuring net carbs and cups of veggies and fat: protein:carb ratios etc in the software I use which is like Fitday. Then I did another version adding another 5 carbs of veggies that I can use next week for OWL 1.
I'm sure I will not follow it exactly but I feel way more confident just knowing I have a plan and a basis to work from

the next part is shorten than part 2 and any catching up can be done then.
