    I did not weigh this morning.
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      -Climbing the Scafell Pike in England, 6180 steps.
      Done: 867 steps
      -President's challenge

              it's a great challenge that was 'invented' back a year or so ago. maybe 2? anyway, it teaches us how to navigate this board. we have so many newbies that just have a hard time navigating things and the challenge is meant to teach/help them while giving a refresher course to those that have been around for awhile.
              joining and doing the things the Georgiana will have us do will earn you the award.

                i've updated what i saw
                marked a bunch of little x's on the chart


                i have to say that all in all, i'm very pleased with the results of week one. most did not weigh, only a couple challengers caved to the pressure and only a few did not post who asked to be added to the group. numbers look good and i'm looking forward to this continuation of the challenge.

                i'm also scale free this morning but will post again by the end of the day. myjack was in the bathroom where the scale is located this morning so i'm not sure if he did the deed or not. i'll make sure he gives his two word blurb by the end of the day.
