    Rikki - great job on this WOL, I am so impressed by your dedication. Your recipe sounds yummy, let me know if it turns out good that way I can make it too. I need some new good stuff.

    Speedy - thanks for the vote of confidence, I hope your right. You're all halloweened out over there, too cute. Are you dressing up as something? I am going as a BLue October groupy, lol, its' a band that i went to see in concert on Saturday, i got the band to sign my jeans and i bought a black t-shirt in a SMALL (holly cow, ti's tight but looks great) I have a short blunt cut blue wig that reaches my chin so I'm going as a groupy, lol. It was the only thing I could think of that wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg.

    Anyone else dressing up? What are your kids going as? Abi is on a Cinderella kick so that's what she si dressing up as, she even got some pretty beaded slippers and calls them her glass slippers, lol. She is the cutest.

      Hey it hasn't been a ghost town I have been posting a lot AWWW i feel so misunderstood. Just Kidding guys. Ya without our family together it has been really crappy we need all of us on the same page to make it all work. I can only post so much Yoly makes up the difference HE HE.

      I am feeling kinda crappy tonigh my head is throbbing and I am going to go take some dristan cause my nose is sooo stuffed up and ears are plugged man that's the thing about getting a cold it seems to take forever to get rid of it.

      So as you all know I am starting my Marathon training so I won't be able to stay on Extended induction, I am going to have to up my carbs a bit of course good carbs if I am going to be running the milage that I need to be I ahve to really allow myslef to go onb OWL. It looks like I will be starting out at 36 miles per week and going up to a whopping 45 so I really need those good carbs or I'm gunna burn my body out.

      I am pretty proud about making this decision it's a huge step I ahve never done anything that was a passion or anything I really wanted to do it's like sepping out of the box into a new life WOOHOO. This is a huge step for me and Now I ahve a goal in mind I am sooo excited for myself and also so excited for my new life.

      You guys I am soo happy you are all a part of my life you inspire me every single day and keep me afloat on the bad days this is where I come for comfort when I am down you are all amazing and wonderful.

              Good Morning!!!

              No, i'm not dressing up. I haven't done that in a long time. We have this thing here called Kentfest, its unbelievable. It's so vulgar, perverted, and hilarious! There was a guy there last year who dressed up as a USED tampon, eww. And I mean these people must spend thousands on there costumes. Its crazy! But No one will dress up with me anyway, plus I dont really want to attrack people to look at me these days. Maybe next year I will, once Im at goal, or closer atleast. The same with my hair, i'm a natural brunette but i've always had my hair blonde, but once i got HUGEMUNGUS I dyed it brown, because I got looked at more as a blonde, and I dont want anyone to see me! lol, sounds stupid but ya know what I mean? kinda like when you try to find a pic of yourself at your biggest and you cant because you always dodged the camera!

              Anyway--I hope everyone has a great day!

              Sarah - I cant believe how much you are going to be running, thats nuckin futs! Well....actually its amazing, but im jealous! I cant run 1\4 of a mile without passing out. Congrats!

                Sarah--I don't have the decal in my siggy yet. I tried last night when I was changing my ticker and everything, but that was giving me a hard time. I would have the ticker in my siggy and save it, and try to view it and it wouldnt be there. So i FINALLY got it to stay so I didnt want to touch it again! lol. I will eventually though, when im feeling up to the challenge, lol But I will, I promise!!!

                  Thanks Speedy for the Awesome Compliment sometimes I think I am nukin Futs too HE HE. I know I need to up my good carbs so extended induction won't be for me but het that's all right so long as I can do what I need to do.

                  I was thinking of getting some LC bread and have that before my run with some peanut butter. That would be a good pre run snack I think fat with carbs is good. I don't wanna go too overboard I am unsure as to how my body will be with this new higher carbs who knows maybe i'll go into fat burn ovberdrive that would be excellent.

                  I'm not too sure if I will dress up either I like it when my kids do but, I just don't I really don't know why I think I will next year and I'm gunna wear a full black bodysuit and be a dot to dot picture with glow in the dark dots wouldn't that be fun. But I need to be at goal to pull that one off. I can't wait for it.

                  I hate that halloween is on a Monday it sucks for the kids and I guess we'll being going out earlier this tear and not in the dark which is soo much funner. Kida got a huge haul last year and tell you the truth we still ahve halloween candy from last year. EWWWWW.

                  Any how Hubby is home so if I am not on as much that's why he'll be here the next 5 days then gone again. I love it when he's home it's like I gain sanity. YAY

                  Today is 8 mile day and I hope it goes as awesome as yesterday I am thinking it will take me 1 hour and 30 minutes or somehting like that as long as it'a a good run I am happy with that.

                  Well I better motor I got soo much I should be doing Like getting my oldest daughters costume done AHHHHHHH!! I gotta get sewing at least it's not too intensive.

                      Oh he work in the oilfield he is a slickline operator they call us wireline widows cause hubbies are never home it really sucks and we are hoping in the furture we won't have to worry or at least can find him a job where he works normal hours.

                      Thanks for asking it's a good thing I think it's great to share our every day lives so others understand where we are comming form. I don't have the luxury of just being able to ask my hubby to take the kids when I need and my family isn't helpful at all. It sucks but, I deal with it and you are my strength this board helps me through my lonliness and distress when I am at my whits end. I makes me a better person to know I have this place whare I can share what's going on with me.

                          Oh, God yes he says it's like comming home to a new woman every set of days off. I like it when he says stuff like that. Like the other night he was like am I in the right bed. HA HA. It was awesome and he just can't keep his hands off of me but there is a time and a place. he's always making off the cuft remarks about my *** when I bend over and stuff he's a real sweaty and he loved me fat or thin. I am sooo LUCKY.

                          Him and I actullly had a talk the other night and he was like I am so proud of you, he said he didn't think I would make it this far cause he has seen me go through this over and over. He's like YOU DID it you really did it. I LOVE YOU!!!!

                            awww, thats awesome! My boyfriend is a big support too, but i dont think....he thinks that its going to work. seems like i've been dieting ever since we met, lol. but the other day he gave me some compliments about how he can tell im losing. i was really happy about that.

                              Goodmorning guys, it is a wonderful morning. I feel great, I went to the chiro this morning and got an adjustment, wow, it really helped. Last time I felt like it was just a waste of time and money but today i was in and out in 30 minutes and feeling like a million bucks. I have a free day today, my kid is in school and I am at home, no work for me! I would normally feel super guilty about not having abi with me when I'm home but she had to go to school today for pictures so it's a guilt free stay at home day, woohooo, don't have many of those. I am going to get my hair colored today, chocolate brown all over with auburn low lights and caramel highlights, lol sounds like an ice cream sunday. I'll post pics of it though so I can let you guys see it.

                              Today it is all about loving myself. I went to the chiro this morning, going to get my hair done later, had a delicious induction friendly breakfast of chorizo with eggs. (yummy, by the way). I feel great and am starting my two weeks of strict induction today, I already drank a ton of water, and am about to go take my supplements. I am going to do my walk today and am really looking forward to it. I also plan on going to half price book store and sitting for a while with a starbucks decaf and reading. Oh happy day!!!

                              Ok, and I'm off, just wanted to check in with my gals to see how their morning is. Goodluck today on the run sarah, I know you can do it.

                              Oh, speedy don't you love when the compliments start coming, it is so awesome to hear people you care about say that you look good. Hey, little missy, we need a pic in your siggy so we can see who we're tlaking to, I just realized.

                              I feel like laughing today, what a beautiful day. I'm gonna go enjoy it. *
