    I was in sucha hurry I forgot to mention... I am down to 202.4!!! So close to onederland!!!! I know I can do this! I am so determined!!!!!! I haven't worked out like I have been lately in a long time!!!! I am going to keep it up and keep using fitday to track my totals that way I KNOW I am going good and if I am not losing I will be able to look and find out why! I am sooo excited!!!!! OK- now gotta get ready for work!!!

      Thanks Sarah! I love the salon I work at. There are only three of us there though because we all get along so well it is a great place to work! We have tried to hire another persona couple of times but they never work out! The owner and I are like best friends so I have no problems with my boss. I am my own boss! I just pay my rent and go about my business!!!

        YAY that's excellent Rikki glad you ahve a great Boss makes it soo much easier I had such a bad experience 2 times NO WAY in ****. If I ever get into it again I'll buy my own shop.

          Hello girls, how is everyone today?

          I went to sleep pretty late last night and couldn't get up early this morning, I was too exhausted. Not to worry though, I am going home to do my walk after work. I am so excited about how this week is going, it's great! I brought a bunch of snacks up to work so that I can have something yummy instead of the bars. I brought cans of tuna, pork rinds, and nuts. Right now I'm not eating nuts due to strict induction but in case of emergency I will eat a few.

          Ok, well I put all my stuff into fitday and it looks as if I have been eating too much protein the last few days and not enough fat. I'm going to have to modify that somehow, I hope I haven't kicked myself out of kitosis. I have just been soooo hungry, it's crazy how hungry you get when you start working out, it's as if your body needs the extra fuel at the beginning or something. Oh well, I'll just keep eating until I'm full, I'm sure my appetite will go back down in a few days.

          Ok, I forgot to do this last night so here it is:

          B: 4 pieces bacon
          L: 1 large can tuna with mayo
          D: 2 cups of menudo (soup) -rikki i would give you the recipe but you would probably throw up just reading it, lol. it's something that you have to grow up eating or there is no way! that you would want it, lol.
          Sn: decaf coffee with cream

          Calories: 1057
          Carbs: 25
          percentages: 49%/42%/9% - this is so screwed up, i think the tuna put me over
          excercise: 3 miles watp, 2 pound weights
          green tea: x2
          supplements: yes

            Yoly the extra Protein is all right when you exercise your Body needs more protein for energy and also to rebuild broken down muscles so it's all right to have a higher % of protein when you exercise intensely.

            My protein requirements are very high and you may find that with a higher protein amount you feel more energized your body may be craving the protein so eat up and don't feel bad about it.

            Sorry you couldn't get up this morning (((HUGS)) buit you'll get it done I know it your as stubborn as me so you'll be great.

              Thanks Sarah, that's what I figured. My body needs more of this right now so I'm gonna feed my body. Just got back from class and am planning on working for about an hour and a half or so, after that I'm going to pick up abi and go home and do my walk. Thank God it's Thursday, tomorrow I don't have work or school so I can have a bit of down time even though I have a few errands to run, at least i'll be doing them with my kid which will be fun. I have a ton of homework to do this weekend, and I am really hoping that I'll get it done by Sunday so I don't have to switch my day off from Friday to Monday.

              Hey, Sarah, how did your chiro appt. go? I want details!

                  hey guys.

                  I got the wage proposal today which was awesome! So i handed in my two week notice, b\c after all it is a good name to have as a reference, so i didnt want to screw that up. anyway--they called me in the office and gave me all the "what can we do to make you stay" told me everything under the sun, raise, blah blah, and i said you cant pay me enough to stay here. and now all hel| has broken loose and everyone is at my throat, oh well. thats the way things go.

                  Im off to a pizza joint, for my sisters birthday thats where she wants to go so, so be it. they have a salad bar, ill just eat some salad. plus im getting off work right now and I have to go and pick up the cake, fun times! i'll drool all over it on the way home, lol! anyway, today was a good day, did everything i was supposed to!

                    WOOOHOOO SPEEDY only 2 weeks and you can LEAVE YAY get out of that ******* **** hole of Bit***es from eastwick who ride brooms and make your life suck all day stuffing donuts in your face. Man I still think you should exlax them put it in the coffee and then sit and wait They won't know what hit them WOOOHOO that would be great.

                      Rikki - sorry, just now caught the post of you at 202 that's wonderful!!! You're gonna be in Onderland in no time!!

                      Speedy - I'm so glad that you got to put your resignation, only 2 more weeks of ****. Hooray! I hope the next few weeks aren't too hard and super D duper glad that you got a good salary offer. Today was your day wasn't it!

                      Sarah - HE'S MARRIED!!! that totally sucks, I am super dissapointed.

                      I got home today and jumped into my workout clothes as promised, I put my tape in and started my walk. I noticed around 1/2 mile that my stomach was hurting and I was really nauseus but i wanted to push through. Around 1 mile I had to turn it off, if I kept going I was gonna lose my kibbles and bits. So today I only did 1 mile instead of 3. Kinda bumbed, but also don't want to make myself sick. I'm not gonna be hard onmyself, it's cool, I'll just work extra hard on Saturday.

                      Now I have to go make something for dinner, hmmmm??? I never know what to make anymore, I"m so bored with my menu options. I need to get some new recipes.

                              Ok, my nighly write up

                              B: 2 eggs with mayo and hot sauce
                              L: cheese stick, 1/2 cup pork, 1 cup raw broccoli with ranch dressing
                              D: 2 beef hotdogs, and 1/2 cup beans

                              Calories: 1613
                              Carbs: 35 (beans put me a little over the top)
                              73%/19%/8%
                              Excercise: 1 mile
                              Green tea: check
                              Supplements: check
                              Water: check

                              I know I shouldn't have had the beans especially on induction but jon was eating chilli dogs in front of my, one of the very few things i miss so I had a big of beans. Sigh, don't jump all over me I know, I know, I won't do it again. Wahhhhh! They were really yummy though!

                                Yikes, over on my calories today I think its close to TOM because I am an eating machine!!!! I will do better tomorrow

                                Exercise:20 min tj, plus 15 heavy duty getting with it to exercise mopping!
                                Water:at least 60 oz I think. I need to up this tomorrow~

                                Tomorrow My main goal is to keep it under 1500 and drink at least 100oz water!!!!- oh, and exercise too- I better go to bed so I can get up and do that!!!
