    Hey everyone....
    Sorry I havent posted in a few days. There isnt any excuse for it but I do have to share something with you guys....
    I knew that my job was stressing me out, but I didnt really know how bad, ya know? I knew that I felt run down all the time and on the edge, well thursday when I handed in my two week notice.........that night I have NEVER slept that good in all my life!!! I thought it was just me, that I dont sleep well because I dont even remember the last time i slept that good. But that night, was the best thing that ever happened to me! and when I woke up friday morning I just layed in bed (awake) and was smiling and thinking... it was really weird! and seriously ever since then, i've been having the best sleep and its making me feel sooooo much better!!!! i've been on track with eating and exercising. so everythings going great!

    BUT (you know there's always gotta be a but....) please someone tell me that im stupid..................Along with the great sleep has came many thoughts. Thoughts that go a little like this ......"am i doing the right thing by leaving my current job?" "should i just suck up all the sh|t they are putting me through and deal with it?" etc.?!?!?!?!?!?!? I hated this job, i really did. but now that im leaving FOR SURE im really nervous and i keep thinking all these bad thoughts. Like something is going to happen and im not going to be able to pay my bills or something. I really dont know why im having these thoughts, but im totally confused by them. Its crazy. I know in my heart that I want to leave this place, but for some reason I have alot of guilt. Like im screwing them over and I should stay......ARENT I CRAZY?!?!?!?!?

    Ok I just had to post those thoughts...wonderful sleep and crazy thoughts. LOL. Alright Alright, sorry for the rambling again, I just cant hold back from you guys

    Sarah- what you wrote is soo wonderful and inspiring. Everytime things start to get rough, I know I will be able to read that and things will look up. You've done such a wonderful job, one year is AMAZING! I could only hope to someday be able to say that

      Hey, Speedy everything you are feeling is totally normal and it's just you trying to sabotage yourself. Now kick yourself in your own as$ and quit it LOL. This new Job is the best thing that could ahve happened to you seriously and God would not have given you this new job without knowing you would be ok everythig will be fine I am sure of it and you will be away from a place that has set you back more times then you can count darn Rights I am happy I am streaming with joy for you for the first time in a long time YOU ARE IN CONTROL. Now step up to the plate put away your thoughts and know you are doing right by you, by taking this great new Job.

      Well I just finished my run yuppers 13.1 miles Holly crap I'm sore I actually had a horrible day I screwed up my friends hair and of course you know you never screw up a persons hair till it's your friend well I never made her pay for it of course and I felt like crap I did everything to try and make it up to her, I will fix it if she will let me I hope. ANy how life it too short to worry about it I did everything right by her without kissing her *** cause I felt horrendous but, I guess I'll have to look at it this way if she's not my friend any more she never was to begin with and also I learned something from this that I will take with me forever RIGHT.

      So we all make mistakes and I just pray she will give me another chance to fix my mess up.

          AWWW thanks Yoly I just felt really bad and you know the only peoples hair I have messed up has been my sisters and One of my friends who of course let me fix it and this girl. GOD why can't it happen to someone I don't care about never does it's always to someone you know.

            Speedy - Don't beat yourself up about the job. Even if the other one doesn't work out, you'll find something even better. Don't look back!

            Anyways, TOM came and knocked me on my butt today. I won't let it tomorrow though! The first day is always the worst.....

              It's not like you messed her hair on purpose! Atleast you did what you could and offered to fix it, what else can you do? And your right, if she's a true friend she will let you fix it and leave it at that, with no hard feelings. Good luck!

                Oh my Sarah! That stinks but surely she won't be mad. Could you not fix it at that time? What happened? I had a friend in the shop the other day and used a dipilatory on her lip that was for sensitive skin and it BURNT her . oh my, I felt bad, but I even told her I was glad it was her and not some client!!!! She was understanding, she must have been allergic to it. Next time we are waxing- even if it is totally painful!!!

                Speedy- wipe those bad thoughts away- you are doing the right thing!!!

                Yoly- you rock! way to go on the Si6! I think ramp it up is way easier than start it up! AND- you know you are so supportive to us as well, it would just be wrong if we didn't return the favor!

                    thanks yoly! im fighting with it right now, lol. it wont change the size the way i want it too. im either long and thin, or short and wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide! lol. it wont go evenly

                                Hey, before I forget, I wanted to post what I ate today
                                11:00 Salad containing 2c cos lettuce, 2 cup chinese cabbage, 1 cup thai beef salad w/ dressing, 0.25 tomato, 1 HB egg, 0.25 green avocado
                                14:30 1 large celery stick, 2oz lowcal/lowcarb ham
                                19:00 7oz ling fish fillet topped with 2tbs dried tarragon, 2tbs olive oil, salt, served with 1.5c steamed asparagus
                                19:30 homemade ice-cream cube with 2tbs cream, <½pkt Splenda, 0.5tsp unsweet cocoa powder
                                1,457cal 67%fats/6%carbs/27%protein 20g carbs
                                WOOHOO
                                Sorry I seem rather excited about this. I am excited because it is so incredibly hard for me to eat under 1,500cal, as well as within 20g carbs, and all in the right proportions. I know, I know, it should be "normal" for induction levels, but I usually find it so hard to keep my cals low as well as within 20g carbs. I can't say I'm hungry, but I feel like I'm at a psychological loss, like I think I'm hungry just because I've tried to restrict my cals too.
