    Way to go tickle!!!! You did great!!! Well, I got up this morning and did tj20. I really probably should put something else in the mix besides that and walking/jogging. but it is so quick and does burn a lot of calories. I don't have a lot of time in the mornings... going to eat 2 eggs and probably 2 slices turkey bacon. drinking water already, I WILL get 100oz in today at least! And if I have time between appointments today I am giong to walk and climb the stairs at work for 30 minutes or so!- OK- gotta run check on my other challenges!

      Oh, Rikki I have done thousands of colors and you know they always seem to turn out and this one well I didn't understand her I got too dark of a color and really it's soo dark it's not good. She had to leave and so I couldn't fix it I would have spent the day making it right I am that way and I never want anyone to hate what I have given them. She is not a great frined but, I sure hope she will let me fix it she said she would wash it a few times and go from there and see how it goes I sure hope that a lot of color washes out LOL. I had told her to do a lemon wash if all elese fails I think I can do a quickie peroxide bath and lift it a shade or 2 and it should be good just a matter of a few minutes. She has long hair and is resistant to damage it further so I understand but, It shoul;dn't damage it I am only going to be pulling a shade I don't know but, SHE WAS PISSED. I happens to everyone who does hair at one time or another. I guess my ears weren't working She told me what she wanted and I didn't hear her so it was my fault I had my kids running around like psychos bugging me so it's no wonder but, I just pray she will allow me to fix it and will be happy with the end result.

        K fixing my friends hair tonight YAY please pray for me that it turns out AMAZING I got this stuff that removes pigment from hair and only permanent color comes out so we wanna lift it a couple shades without having to recolor the whole thing. SO PRAY for this to turn out really great.

        Had a good day Lazy day but good I feel yucky again I have been drinking a ton of water so hope that helps me out. I may be slightly dehydrated not too sure just may be.

          I would probably guess even with a color remover you may have to tone it with something demi permanant at least so it is all the same... Good Luck! I thing the toughest thing about doing hair is color correction. A girl cam into the shop not too long ago and wanted her hair black then a week later decided she didn't like it and wanted it back lighter again... We couldn't get her to lif any higher than like a 5 or 6... she was ok with it but she shouldn't have colored ona whim like that and we tried to talk her out of it!
          Glad she is letting you redo it though!!! I have made a couple of mistakes, luckily they have all had time to correct them before leaving!!!

            I just made something really yummy- probably would have been better with a hot pepper but I halved a green pepper, cleaned it out, stuffed a half with 1.5 oz taco meat, .5oz rotel, and .5oz cheese on top. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes, longer if you like softer peppers- YUM!!!

              We only want to lighten it a couple shades this stuff is supposed to be able to do that without having to color it again we'll see I am hoping the end result is all right and I won't have to do too much in the form of coloring it any more. It's a shampoo in stuff called elimin8 and is supposed to be able to be used to lift 2 level I AM PRAYING for that man I hate color correctio I think anything is better then what she has now. LOL. It just sucked the color and went way too dark.

              Thanks for the vote of confidence I feel sick just thinking about this whole thing.

                That is a rusk product right? I have never used it but I think we have some at the shop- Let me know how it turns out!!! I have never used one that didn't tend to go orangy. BUT, let me know how that one does! I may have to use it next time!

                  Yes it's a rusk Product and I sure hope it works great I am going to make it into a shapoo and work it that way and hope it just lifts it enough to make the color look nice. I'll let you know how it goes.

                    Good Luck Sarah--I hope everything goes well. Atleast your trying to help, you coulda just said HAHA sucks to be you! (LOL) but you didnt.

                    Well I just got done cleaning this place top to bottom plus I did my WATP walk\jog again. I did it this morning too, what's going on with me?

                      I am so tired! no exagerationg, about 7 hours of studying in for the day. I have a test tomorrow that i really havent' prepared for but i don't care i need to go to bed. also i am super sore today, i didn't do any excercise today either. call it a rest day i guess. i can't wait until tomorrow is over, my teachers must hate me. 4 essays and an exam all in one day. is the semester over yet?

                        Poor Yoly, poor Sarah!!!

                        I'm coming in with a victory! I actually completed Start it Up for the second time EVER! The first time really kicked my butt. Couldn't do it again until today. I was surprised how easy it seemed today, but I've felt that way before after taking it easy then the next day just knocked me on my butt again. I guess I'll know tomorrow!

                        Any word on how the coloring went?!?!???

                          It went all right swe had to put the color remover on 2 time but I think it's better the Black is a dark brown now and I still need to do a touchup on the roots cause they went a bit brassy but, all in all I think it's all pretty good we are happy it's not black any more YAY.

                          Any how she is gunna come back in a few days so we can finish it her head was sore from all the rusk we had to put on so we called it a night and packed her full of conditioner and sent her home. I'll ahve to put a few other colors in her hair to fix it up all the way but, it's gunna be a lot better for sure. I don't know why the **** it turned the color it did I guess it's just one of those things that happens LOL. Damn haircolor. It was supposed to be a level 5 and it went like a level 2 pictch black horrible. I guess though I didn't know that would ahppen and it shouldn't have but, it did so lesson learned do a strand test.

                            Glad it is better. We put a level 8 on my hair and I swear it turned to like a level 3 because my hair is sooo light. We didn't even fill it first so I have no clue why it went that dark, and hasn't lightened up at all!!!! and it wasn't permanant color!!! Sheesh! haircolor can be very tricky. I had a girl's hair turn purple when we put red on it because of the meds she was taking. She liked it but I didn't! Oh well... I agree- live and learn Sarah! That is what we stylist must do anyway!!!!
                            I am hoping to go to the park in a bit, organize my closets(put summer things away, get winter stuff out) do laundry, and run a few errands. I have already ate breakfast, 2 eggs, .5 butter, 1.5 oz candian bacon, 3oz mushrooms, 1 oz green pepper. very yummy... I am going to be upping my carbs probably slightly because I wanna add more veggies to fill up. Lower calories... ugh....water- check in hand!

                                Hey Sarah, glad to hear your husband is home, enjoy your time together.

                                I'm sorry i wasn't around much yesterday I have a ton of stuff due today and I took the day of to work on it. I literally sat at a coffee house writing from 11:30 - 3:30, no exageration. I took maybe 3 10 minute breaks so take 30 minutes off of that. I have 4 essays due today and an exam. I finished the essays thank goodness and did some very halfass preliminary studying for the exam. I have to go take it here in about 45 minutes. Ask me if a care. NO! I am so sick to death of this, I need some real time off. I need a good kick in the butt to get my motivation back. Oh well, I hope I pass it at least.

                                As for food, did pretty good this weekend, I should have eaten more yesterday, I didn't even eat my first meal until about 5, yikes! I know, I know, it's horrible on my metabolism. But I did have a decaf coffee with heavy cream earlier, so the fat was in there adn a bit of the calories too at least. I did much better, this morning at 4 when I woke up I had some chicken breast slices with some spicy sauce, yummy!

                                Excercise - as for excercise I am so sore from start it up. I am worse off this time around then I was the first time. It hurts, everything does. I did it on Sunday but I couldn't get anything done yesterday. This morning I woke up with all intent purposes to excercise, I put my tape in was about half way through when my daughter starts crying for me and coming down stairs. Grrr! I had to stop mid workout and take her back upstairs. I didn't get to finish it, but I will do some more when I get home tonite. I really can't wait until around 4, I'll be done with this round of exams and I won't really have anything due for a week or so. Thank goodness!

                                Ok, I'm off to class, I should probably sit and study a bit before class starts.

                                Oh, I took my supplements already (yes!) and am drinking green tea as I speak. I have a bottle of water here with me too so at least my fluids are covered, lol.

                                Hey slimin- great job on Start it Up!!! It is a really hard program and it just goes to show you how well you are doing. You've got your indurance up and you are really moving, congrats!
