    Don't freak out Rikki, this happens to me every time i start working out really hard. Your body needs the extra fat and protein so listen to it adn eat up.

      Good Lord Girl eat, g don't have just a salad put some mayo on that fat it up and feel satisfied no reason to be hungry. Usually when I get the insatiable appetite I get a WHOOSHIEW after so eat up it will pass as your needs go down.

        Thanks guys... after eating the poppers it will put me up to 980 calories for the day and 64 g fat. I am trying to keep my protein a bit higher and I am not watching my carbs quite as close becuase I am trying to keep my calories down a bit too- so I am eating more legal veggies... I am going to try this for a while and see if it helps me...
        I was thinking a salad with a veggie burger or maybe I will grill a hamburger on the grill, that sounds pretty yummy for dinner too- Oh I am hungry everything sounds good!!! LOL... Poppers in 10 and counting!!! LOL

            yum... I did!!! They weren't as good as usual though... I omitted teh turkey bacon I normally put on top which gives tehm a "crunch" because I didn't have a package open- which reminds me.. I need to make sure the oven is off...

              poppers...I need to make those!!! I love poppers!!!! Completed first 5 and a half segments of Ramp it Up! I amazed myself thinking I would only get through the lunges...but I got up through most of the suats and had to take it easy when she started kickboxing. I walked in place until the resistance bands segment - did all of that and half of everything else after that. How can she make us do all that yoga stuff at the end? I could hurt myself!!!!! My balance is awful and I can't quite stretch my legs out all the way yet - SOOOOO AKWARD!!!!!! Anyways, 48 minutes of exercise in. Kicking my butt - but not as bad as I thought it would.....now to cut and paste for the other forums....

                  Way to go Slimn!!! I agree... its easier every time!!! I thought I would be super duper sore today after doing riu, S&6pack, and S&limber yesterday, but I wasn't too bad. Si6 was much easier today, as was Turbo Jam... I love it!!!! I am feeling sore this evening tho- especially my abs! Thats a great ouch tho!!!!

                    I attempted to do RUI tonight, but I got scared, LOL So I did Start it up, slim&6pack and slim&limber. I hope thats enough exercise for today. I wasnt sore after the first or second time doing RUI, but this time I couldnt even do it! But I knew that i had to do something so i did everything else on the dvd. anywho--what are these poppers??? how do you make em? i must admit....i finished with my workout and i sat down and watched 'the biggest loser' and i almost ate an ENTIRE pack of cheese that is like 6oz or something. I had more than half of it!!!! gross, too much cheese! but thats my confession for today!!! i just came up the stairs...oyyy, i wish i had an elevator lol ok im off now, gonna finish watching 'house' and then hit the shower and into the big, comfy bed i go!!!!! (((((((((((all by myself!!! chris got moved to 2nd shift)))))))))))))))

                      Hey guys look at us!!! We are all doing so great on the excercise front! I am so impressed with all of us, this is so fantastic.

                      Slimin - I am so proud of you, you are really pushing through and challenging yourself, the good thing about Si6 is that you do gain strength very quickly, so maybe by next week or so you'll be able to do even more.

                      Krystl - sucks about bf goign to second shift, but imagine you get the bed all to yourself Hey when do you start your new job anyway, is it this Monday coming up, I know you must be super excited. You worked your booty off tonite doing all three of those, I am totally impressed.

                      As for me I've had kind of a tough night, my mom called me earlier so that I could finalize plans on when I was gonna take her to the hospital tomorrow, she is having surgery, and she mentioned to me that my nephew, Connor, was in the E.R. My sister took him in to the doctor because he was weezing a bit, and they rushed him to the E.R., gave him breathing treatments and shots of steroids, plus the I.V. poor kid. It looked like they were working but it turns out that it wasn't enough, he is still having a hard time pushing air out of his body and so they transfered him over to Texas Children's Hospital, ICU. I went over to see them earlier before the transfer and I just got home, what a day. He looked so awful! He is usually this chubby happy kid and he had lost so much weight, he's been sick a week or so and couldn't keep anything down, it all sstarted with an infection. His shoulder bones are sticking out and his eyes are all sunken in, I just wanted to start crying when I saw him but I knew that i had to be strong for my sister. My poor sister is so worn out but the baby doesn't want anyone else, he will only go to his mama, of course I understand he's sick but still she needs to rest too. I went to help with what I could and am going to go visit them again tomorrow. The really crappy part is that my mom has surgery tomorrow morning at the hospital next door but Brenda, my sister, doesn't want her to know about Connor being transfered to ICU. My sister doesn't want to worry my mom before surgery. So I've got my sister and my nephew that i am freaked otu about and then my mom who is having knee replacement surgery, which isn't that serious, but of course when there's anesthesia involved it is always serious. I am so strung out, all I wanted to do on the way home was stop for a big mac and fries, I didn't of course, that was the old me. The me that solved life's problems with food. Thank goodness I don't have to do that anymore. I'm sorry this is so long, I just needed to get some of these feelings out. I know it may be silly and I know nothing is gonna happen to my mom, but I am really really worried about it. Plus I have to act like everything is ok so that she doesn't pick up on my cues, but my mom knows me like a book, I'm scared she'll figure it out. I have a job to do tomorrow, I have to be happy go lucky and distract her so that she is not freaked out about surgery, which was a hard job to begin with, but now with Connor's thing I'm not sure if I can manage it. God, I'm gonna need some help with this one.

                        Hey Rikki, here is Biker Goddess' Pizza as promised:

                        This recipe was graciously shared by Biker Goddess when I first joined the ADBB. During my early Atkins days, when I had been eating way too many pizzas for way too many years, this recipe helped me kwell the desire for pizza. I don't eat tomato sauce, so I leave out the sauce and it is still positively delicious. My husband and I do not miss pizza anymore.

                        For those concerned about the amount of cheese, I use three glass dishes and spread the ingredients to make three pie shells. They freeze nicely and I always have a shell or two for a quick lunch or dinner.

                        4 oz softened cream cheese
                        4 eggs
                        1/3 cup heavy cream
                        1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
                        1 tbs chives
                        1/2 tsp Italian or pizza seasoning
                        2 cups shredded cheese (I use mozzarella /cheddar mix) 1/2 tsp wet garlic or 1/4 tsp garlic powder
                        1/2 cup lowest carb tomato or pizza sauce
                        1 cup mozzarella cheese
                        Toppings to taste (I use pepperoni, sausage, green olives, whatever!)

                        Beat together cream cheese and eggs till smooth.
                        Add cream, parmesan cheese and spices.
                        I use 2 or 3 - 9 inch round glass pie plates and spray them with oil. (Original recipe calls for a 13 X 9 inch glass dish.)
                        Put 2 cups of shredded cheese over the two or three dishes and pour egg mixture over the cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
                        Spread with sauce (if desired) and then add your toppings.
                        Cover with mozzarella cheese.
                        Bake till browning and bubbly.
                        Let stand for 5 minutes or so.

                        One modification that I do is that I let the crust cook longer so that it is nice and crispy on the bottom, otherwise it si too mushy when you bite into it.

                          Thanks yoly! I had actually looked it up earlier, I don't know why bikergodess didn't strike me as a member here! LOL- I just thought it wa a weird name!!! LOL. I thought of making it tonight but deicided I ate too much cheese already today!!!! maybe tomorrow or later this week! It sounds great! I will let it cook longer like you suggest!!!
                          I have been working on EBay stuff. gonna sell stuff that is too big(18-20) so I can buy stuff that fits!!! I wish we had a clothing swap board on here. maybe I can suggest that?! ..hmmmmm

                                I just finished my run and oh my lord I am sooo tired GOD, I think it's the PRe TOM Hormones I am dragging my but, but nobody can say I didn't do it 9 miles and I want a nap it seemed like it took forever.
