    K I've drank One Big water Bottle while running for 75 minutes then I decided to torture myself and did 4 continuous minute of LUNGES my legs are like rubber OUCH but, I do have a surprise I took a Pretty Pic I hope you like it my camera really sucks the big fat one so you'll Just have to Look real hard LOL.

    I honestly feel soo huge today and I started my period YUCK so that explains that I ahve a huge ZIT on my Jaw and I feel like I am sooo BLOATED and HUGE!!!! Stupidity. I don't think I look very great in this pic my legs are Gross I think Please set me straight and tell me I am nuts. UH HUH you would even if it wasn't true ROFL.

      WOW, you look so hot! I love the slicked back hair and dark lipstick. It doesn't even look like you, which I guess is the point of getting all dressed up. Wowzers!!! and shut up about your legs, they look fantastic!

        Ok, Guys I am recommitting myself today TO NO CREAM just getting rid of the last little bit in my coffee right now and that's it till CHRISTMAS. I am also gunna cut back on my fat intake and see what that does,

          Good idea Sarah, I had to really start watching my calories there or I wouldn't lose. I think your body gets to a point that it doesn't need all that extra stuff and you have to be really dilligent. I know with the cream and the fat taken out of the equation you'll start shrinking again soon!

              K put the pic in my siggie Just finishe 10 more OZ of water man I really don't drink very much I didn't realize that's probably what has been stalling me.

              Well, I have drank I think 70 OZ of water now ok, I still got another 40 to go to be where I should be ACK. Another like 4 cups man I am peeing enough already, just thing Out with the fat and toxins in with the cleansing fluids. I am cramping sooo Bad right now I had to take somehting this TOM is gunna be really BAD I know it OH lord. I took 4 IBPROFEN have a headache from ****.

              SO I am gunna put my Littlest for a nape and try to catch a few Z's

                Hey everyone!

                Sarah you look great in that pic! don't be so hard on yourself!

                I had the *BEST* day at work today. Everyone was SO nice and so friendly and they all have personalities like mine. they love to joke around, laugh and just have a good time. but still get there work done. it was wonderful! but i did do something bad today. not only did i wake up late but i didnt bring a lunch or anything, was determined not to go to fast food on my break so i thought hmm ill just stay here and mingle with all the new people. yeah! well i guess everyday they have all these people who try to come around and put they're medications in the offices (dont know what they are called) so they buy HUGE lunches just to get a chance to meet with the doctors. they buy lunch for everyone! today they brought DAMONS hmmm. do you guys know what that is? its like ribs & chicken and things like that. well i cheated i didnt want to feel like the 'fat' person (if that makes any sense) so i just wanted to blend in so i ate. but i ate a little of everything! like breaded bbq chicken, masted potato's, etc. uuuggh. im a failure....im so mad at myself for it. and i havent felt this huge in a long long time. tomorrow im back one though, thats for sure. today was my first day and i figured out what the atmosphere was like, i know that i can bring a lunch and have somewhere to put it, that kinda thing. So i'm fine now, just gotta get back on. im sorry...i let you guys, and myself down.

                Im not going to get to post much anymore. There is no time to get on the internet at work now, so only before i leave (if im up in time ) and when i get home. So dont think that im MIA or leaving you guys!

                I had to get a FLU shot today, tomorrow I have to get **********7********** more shots! I guess they cant mix any other shot with the flu one so thats why I have to wait until tomorrow. Ooouch!!!!

                Anyway, im off. I need to get something to eat and then head to be early tonight. I'm really tired, and cold. Bbrrrrr its supposed to snow everyday this week. Its been snowing here for like a week now and im already sick of it. Baaah humbug!

                    I love the snow, I think it's beautiful! But I don't enjoy scrapping my windshield in the morning! We have our jet-ski's in the garage and the other side is full of junk so no room for my car..... I don't want to do ANYTHING in the mornings, lol!

                        LOL, SPeedy you came clean about you bad food choices and all we can do is help ya get back on. You hav=e it in you to do it and I know you will, you also know now how it feels to be cheat free for an extended period of time then fall off. I does feel like total crap. You're doiugn great now make a promisse to stay clean to yourself. K. Drink lots of water today to help flush all that stuff out of you and in 3 days you'll be back in Ketosis and burning fat again.

                        I'm sooo glad you like you job it's nice to hear that you ahd a good day and I am soooo darn happy I can't tell you (((HUGS)))

                        So I drank my brains out yesterday and I told ya I did all these lunges Well holly **** I can hardly walk today ROFL HA HA HA my legs hurt sooo bad the muscles are like OH< MY< GOODNESS< what did you do LOL> I hurt I'll tell you that much and today is a rest day YAY. HA HA HA. Well I still am doing weights so not a total rest day.

                        Any who I am sitting here drinking my shake and a cup of water aren't U Proud.

                          Yes very proud! How much water have you had today?

                          I know totally what you mean about your legs hurting, mine were so sore they woke me up from sleep. I'm now doing 9 minutes of squats, 9 minutes!!! that lady is crazy! I do about 5 minutes of lunges, 15 minutes of waist work, 7 of strength training, 5 of ab work, and what feels like forever of @sscrampers, but is probably only 5 minutes. Plus pushups and plies, and other miscelaneous work. My legs and booty hurt!!!

                          This morning I woke up early, about 4:30, after finishing up a paper I had due today I grudgingly got into my workout stuff, I really really didn't want to. Then I burned it up, I showered, and when I got out I saw Abi all snuggled up in my bed fast asleep, it was still 7 a.m. so I decided to crawl in bed with her to watch her sleep and remember how cute she is and all the reasons why I love her, ok that lasted about two minutes and then I fell asleep. I must have rolled over or something because I woke up to blinding pain coming from my quads!!! OMG, I haven't felt pain like that in a while. I used to think it sucked waking up to an alarm clock, I can safely say I found something worse. OUCH! I massaged some lotion into my legs and got dressed for class. I'm tired and once this day is over I have no class or work for 5 days, can you believe it 5 days!!! I'm gonna try to work on some stuff though, cause i have lots of stuff coming up here and I don't want to be totally stressed out as usual. OH, another good thing, Jon doesn't have class tonite, hooray! Not until Next monday so we get lots of time together, yippee!

                                Aw sweety it's ok, tomorrow I'll wait until the evening to post about excercise for the day if you want. LOL, I was done this morning by 7,thank goodness, or else I wouldn't have done it today. I'm tired, I want a massage, and I think I need to get lucky tonite. Maybe some wine needs to be involved. I'm celebrating!!! 5 whole days off from my usually crazy, hectic, life. Yippeee!!!
