    WOW, krystle you went hungry today, good job identifying your trigger places and staying away from the mcdonald's. At the ones here they have grilled chicken salads, do they have them there, you could aways have that. I did the same thing this mroning, I was running late and didn't plan very well, luckily I had some pork rinds at my desk and a can of tuna. Is there a spot you can take some snacks up to work where they won't be messed with. I have legal goodies at work just for this purpose, just a thought. About the UTI, I have no idea sorry, maybe you could post it in the Woman's forum.

    I just finished BiU and Slim in 6 pack! Woohoo, i feel great, I'm tired but I am so glad that I finished it. Most of my workout stuff is dirty and I didn't do laundry yesterday so I had to wear these kind of skimpy cotton shorts and a sports bra, I didn't leave the house but still felt a little wierd walking aroudn with such few clothes on, lol. I caught my husband staring at me when I bent over to tie on my sneekers, lol, his mouth was hanging open. I looked in the mirror and almost did a double take, I did look pretty damn good! Anyway, it was just a cool moment, thought I would share. I'm about to go eat some LC pizza I made on saturday, yummy!

      Good evening everyone!!! I dun good today- lol
      My cals are so far, after dinner, 1355. I had eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast, our power went out at work so we had chilis for lunch I had chicken tacos minus the taco extra lettuce and veggies. Then I just had some fresh spinach adn mushrooms with veggie chicken strips, with olive oil and parmesan and garlic. Very good!!!
      I did RIU today! yeay me!!!! I expect to see yoly popping her head in too saying she has completed biu too!!!!
      Speedy- sorry about your uti, I don't really know much about them way to go on the passing up mcDs

        Oh I forgot to mention, I weighed this morning and I am down a pound! Finally, lol. I know I've gained muscle so I'm not really sweating it but it is funny that I've lost 6" but only one pound, the body is a mystery to me. I can tell a huge difference in the muscle in my legs though, my legs are getting so muscular and lean, damn! I can't wait till all the fat is gone, I have lost 1.5" on each thigh since starting the new Si6 challenge, that's 14 workouts! I'm sticking with BiU for a while so I can see where it takes me.

              hey...

              so after rikki talked me into exercising i started the journey. I began with SiU, I had about 5-6 minutes left and i got really nausiated, like i could actually hear my stomach turning. then i stopped moving and became really light headed so i sat down. ?!?!?!?!? Whats the deal with this body of mine??? I dont know if it could be the meds im taking for this UTI or what but that was insane. Now i feel fine.....a little more tired than before but fine.

              I dunno, im gonna go lay down then. Maybe i've been lacking too much on my sleep. Anyone else ever had that happen??

                  Just a really Quickie Update I took yesterday off I was very Sore did nothing HMMM wonder why I was sore but, it's all good. I won't be on too much Hubby is home and we are in the process of cleaning getting the tree up decorating ETC. Shopping EEEK. AND guess what my daughter gets an award at school today for most improved WOOOHOO. I am SOOOO PROUD. SO I won't be around much still exercisinfg today is 90 minute run then Shoulders and ABS hubby is even gunna lift weights with me YAY.

                        Hey guys.

                        Krystle - I've had this happen to me before, it's like you are moving around too much and your stomach gets all jumbled up and your dizzy and lightheaded. I hate this feeling but sit still drink some water and it should go away soon. Best thing for it though is to try excercising again the next day, make sure you are breathing right and pay attention to your body. Don't let this deter you from Slim in 6 though, it gets me sometimes but the next day i'm perfectly fine. You did the right thing, listening to your body, great job, I hope you got some good rest.

                            well tonight was fine with RIU, I was thinking that it could of been because I didnt eat much yesterday. Oh well...im fine now.

                            Yoly- after hearing you remind me of those salads at mcdonalds i had to go there today for lunch. I got the grilled chicken, bacon ranch. but i brought my own italian dressing. it was soooooooooooo yummy at it hit the spot. I was planning on having taco salad for dinner tonight, but now i dont want that since i had a salad earlier. now im not sure what to have. hmmm

                            breakfast this morning i make scrambled eggs and i put in some of this shredded taco & nacho cheese with all these spices.....AHHHH it was so yummy. today has been a great day with my eating SO FAR. I just hope i find something for dinner that is what im searching for....i need something else to hit the spot im off to rummage through the cupboards and fridge!

                              Hey There, You can have salad 2 times a day don't let that stop you I eat salad a couple times a day most days MMMM I love it. SO hey if you were gunna have taco salad giver girl sounds sooo good now I want one.

                                yum, taco salad is sounding awfully good. Unfortunately I used up all my lettuce and spinach... hmmm, grocery trip here i come. not really, I don't wanna go so I don't know whats on the dinner menu for me tonight...
                                I have some veggie burgers, veggie chicken, veggie bacon...lol...
                                beef, chicken, zuchinni, peppers, ummm,

                                maybe bell pepper 1/2 stuffed with beef and, nope I don't have cheese... sheesh!
                                I don't know. I may just pick up a salad from soehwere!!!! oy, I am tired, hungry and I have nothing to eat and the desire to go NOWHERE!
