Day 10 down - feeling some cravings today, probably due to TOM. Did my pilates again, and my muscles are aching. But it feels good. I haven't worked out in so long that I forgot I had muscles. I don't know if it's working but I don't feel as bloated as I had been feeling. I definitely still have enough rolls to serve 8, but hopefully, they will go away soon.
I am at day six now and am not sure what I lost. I went down and then back up a bit but it is still at least two pounds this past six days and I will see what day seven says.
Tomorrow will be one week cheat free so I am excited about that.

Day 11 almost down. I am hoping for some changes with the measuring tape on Monday. Even though I've only done the Pilates 3 time now (I took this morning off because I've been pretty exhausted), I am hoping for some change.
Looking forward to a wonderful holiday weekend. Lots of housework to do, but I plan on barbecueing and making myself some cole slaw!
I'm still here- end of day 47- beginning of day 48 and still not cheating! Eating is not a problem- being able to keep up with my challenges this month (except flossing- that has become quite routine) has been a challenge. My half-sister has been in town from England so there has been much commotion- thankfully most of the food at the parties has been eatable for me! There was potato salad with hard boiled eggs on top- I just ate some of the egg off the top and had some salad and chicken. There was birthday cake- and the thought of eating a piece never crossed my mind- it kinda grossed me out! That makes me happy...so happy. I do miss having a drink now and then- but as with sugar, that will pass.

Day 8 cheat free and going strong. I am very happy with it. I got up to a lower number on the scale this morning so that is nice too !!!
Slow but steady and that is okay with me. I feel better and that is what is most important right now !!

Day 12 for me. I am feeling discouraged today. The scale has only moved 3 pounds after almost 2 months (with a couple of days off in between)! I measured today, a day early, and have not lost anything in the waist, and inch and a quarter of the hips, 1/2 inch off each thigh and nothing in the chest! I don't know what I am doing wrong. I was a slow loser last time around but the inches came off pretty consistently. I am even exercising this time and I did not do that last time. I am tired of feeling bloated all the time.
I have made it through some pretty major temptations lately, including a barbecue yeserday where it seemed like everyone brought some sort of desert!
I am going to take a long hard look at my eating and try to give myself a pep talk today. I don't want to give up on this because nothing else has ever worked but now it seems like this isn' working either
