    I need you guys to give me a kick in the butt and get me back on the exercise again! I've been walking but I need to start back in at the gym on the weights and stuff. I walked 6 miles today though...!

        LOL !! I do look at your pics, girl.... and you're inspiring me!! I want muscles too! Okay... I'm off work tomorrow and I am making a promise here and now. ~~ TOMORROW I WILL BE IN THE GYM AND GET BACK ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE ~~

            No kicking here, sounds like you already made a committment tommorrow. Hit the gym and get some muscle..lol. After all, you deserve it.
            Sarah, I did have those symptoms the first few days. But, my body resolved itself and I am much better now..LOl. Just hang in there, you know its worth it.
            I am a firm believer that the sweetners kept me a little bloated.

              Hey, I agree on the sweeteners, especially in soda. I used to would have argued about that... after all... diet Pepsi was DIET... no sugar, no calories. And I drank probably 12 of them a day and wondered why I didn't lose any weight. I'm still not sure I understand it completely, but I know if I drink them I don't lose. I still indulge in one occasionally cause I really like it, but I make sure it's caffeine free too and i have 1.. not 12.

                LOL Crisy I think some of my stall was my Soda as well as my thyroid and well I have no vices any more nobody can say I didn't give up stuff to lose weight and damn I am going to get to goal full steam ahead now thanks to me helping my body out I know it.

                  Sarah - good for you! Giving up that junk is the hardest. Anyways, tummy is touchy the last couple days so yesterday I stuck w/Slim & Limber & today Slim n 6 pack & slim & limber.

                    Great Job Slimn, How ya feeling other then a touchie tummy. Way to go on the exercise you're doing sooo great.

                    I am tired today for some reason I was raren to get up at 4:30 Gawd how silly so I layed awake till 6 then passed out again till 8 LOL. Go figure HE HE. Oh well I ahve to babysit at 9:30 this morning so I had better get my but awake so that I can lift weights.

                      Ok guys, I'm here, things finally are slowing down a tiny bit at work, it has been madness as per usual.

                      This morning I had LC yogurt for breakfast and will have something good with veges for lunch.

                      I have been working out too, doing pretty great with the excercise, thank goodness. Sunday I went swimming laps, then last night I did Slim in 6, Ramp it UP. I'm gonna do it again tonite and maybe move on to the next stage in the tapes, Burn it UP. I am totally freaking out though cause i know it is super hard.

                      I'm getting pretty hungry, I'm gonna go and have something yummy for lunch.

                        Hey Guys Gess what I am soooo excited about this and I knew I could share it with all of you......I got my sex drive back WOOOHOOOOOO>>>>>>> I am excited about that. Wonder if it was the sweeteners or the thyroid maybe a combo of both well any how DAMN it's about darn time.

                        I didn't do exercise per say but, I went out and Mowed my lawn which is HUGE took me 1 hour and 15 minutes cause it got a little overgrown OOOPS, so it was a bit harder in the pushing department ALLL GOOD though.

                          I went 5 miles on the treadmill this afternoon so I'm proud of myself for that. I know I promised, but I haven't made it to the gym today. Was supposed to be off work and ended up having to come in but I'll get back there this week. I'm getting pumped up to get back in there and start working out. Gotta get my butt firmed back up! LOL !
