sorry to let the side down, but I had a disaster of a weekend. I was away and took food with me, but not enough as I had assumed certain meals would be at home that weren'te. Anyway, blah etc, ended up cheating so back to square one for literally the 40th (???) time.

You are doing so good. I looked at your journal and I am going to try your menu starting from day one. I might not get all those eggs down but it will at least take out the guess work for me. I hope you don't mind?
