  • 2009 Staying Cheat Free Challenge

This challenge to help you commit to this WOE and be accountable to yourselves and to each other.

To join this challenge, just jump right in and start posting, counting every day that you have stuck to your commitment to this WOE. If you do fall off, come here and fess up and get immediately back on plan. Start counting the days and weeks again. Better yet, come here before you fall off and let us talk you out of eating carbage.

This is a pledge that I signed recently in a commitment challenge. I think it applies to this commitment, as well.

    CHALLENGERS COMMITMENT

I promise to look honestly at myself and my WOE.
I agree to do my best every day.
I am dedicated to making my health a priority.
I will be committed to my challenges.

              I'm in!

10 days cheat free for me

Do we post our daily eating (I won't post menus since that doesn't hold me accountable to what I have put into my mouth!) here? If so, I'll start tomorrow (today) once I've gone to bed and gotten up again

Re: 2009 Staying Cheat Free Challenge

Jimmie will correct me if I'm wrong (thanks, jimmie!), but I don't think we have to post our menus. For me that would be too much hassle. I'm lazy!

And we post only days in 2009, if my understanding is correct. Congrats for the 10 days though.

                Day 4 for me.

                      addrressing the menu posting question:

georgiana is right in saying it is not necessary to post your daily menus HOWEVER if it helps you to be accountable, nobody is going to stop you from posting your menus. HOWEVER, we have 2 forums, Journal Chats and Journal Stats, that can be used to post your daily/weekly stuff.

like the way i ran around that bush? should've been a politician. LOL LOL

i don't think it really matters if you count your count your cheat free days from the end of 2008. if you have a running number of cheat free days from 2008, go for it!

Jimmie, you're too nice and funny to be a politician!

Day 5 is over for me, no cheats. However, I paid $9 for a tasteless iceberg salad... and $3.5 for a 24 oz water bottle!
