Sliding - I was pretty good but in the evening I over snacked
Exercise - Did some stuff - so I am good
Taking care of myself - I did some reading
Cooking - Still working on this one
Vitamins - Did good here -

. As for quality time with my boyfriend....we watched the new Robin Williams stand up when he got home from work. Nothing major but still something. I also did my beginning of week weigh in...158.5 oh how I hate this number. Why does my body love it so much. Oh well, better then a gain
