    Weight: Reach 245 by December 31st.
    12/31/09 I passed my goal and now 240.5 Yaaay!

    Diet: More veggies.
    12/31/09 Yes reached my goal in having more veggies.

    Water: 84 oz
    12/31/09 Yes reached my goal, I drink 100 oz of water daily.

    Supplements: take daily, add flax seed & fish oil.
    12/31/09 Yes I added both supplements!

    Exercise: 30 to 45 minutes of exercise 4 to 5 times a week.(Wii/Stationary bike/walking)
    12/31/09 I did not reach my goal of 30 to 45 minutes; I max at 30.
    I need to work on this goal.

    Planning: Be prepared for outings that may occur, Christmas lunches at work especially!

    Reward: Mani/Pedi
    12/31/09 I did not get my mani/pedi but I will tomorrow!

      We Made It Through The Month, and Here's my Updates

      Daily Goal: NO Cheating !! Take Vitamins and Calcium/Magnesium every single day
      30 days Cheat Free, Christmas had a 1" slice of Lemon Meringue Pie, 1 shot Brandy, some Nuts off rung...
      Weight: NO gain this month. (but of course I'd love to loose)
      I weighed 235 on day 1, and today, 227 ~ Yipee !!! 8 pounds LOST !!!
      Diet: Need to start moving through my rungs, at least OWL 3 by the end of the month Currently in Rung 3 ~ Yeah Me !
      Water: in Challenge for 100oz daily - Daily success
      Exercise: Minimum every other day.... ~Complete ABS, Squats, Push-up, and Stability Ball challenges... ~ Use Cross Country Skier (nordic track) at least 3x's weekly...~ Success with all my Challenges, except.... Nordic Track Skier On a postive note, I added walking in the sand, in the desert on good weather days.
      Planning: Bringing an ice chest with me for snacks, even if going down the road (just in case) Absolutely
      Taking care of me: Not allow others to guilt me into a schedule... in spite of the holidays. Get at least 7 1/2 hours of sleep nightly. Done ... except on Christmas
      Reward: No idea what to choose here... Going to Disneyland with friends Mid-Month


      All in all, a great month with a great challenge !!! Thanks for hosting it LIV

        I am so happy to see how many of us lost weight or at least stayed within reason. We really can do this. December did not beat us!!!!



        I think in this challenge in December we should be overjoyed with a C. I think that is about where I was too. But overall I did not slip and I have survived it. January is such a REAL month

        How did I do with my goals:

        Weight: I did use the scale and I did stick to 125 this month. I may need to see what the next weigh in will bring for sure
        Sliding - slip sliding away. This was my weakest area. I snacked too much. But I think as long as I managed to claw myself down to my goal weight I will be OK with it.
        Exercise - I did well except for the very last of the month when I did not do my lifting. But overall I kept it up
        Taking care of myself - I did do some chores. Kept things OK for the most part.
        Cooking - I cooked well but did not really get to a new recipe. I had plns
        Vitamins - I am happy.

        Reward - Something cute I said. I did go shopping the other day but did not come across anything. In the end I ended up buying some exercise stuff. An Adidas top and a pair of yoga pants.

          My final weigh in...was the same. So while I didn't lose anything, I didn't gain either.

          My vitamins have been good. I can tell if I forget them. So I really try to keep up with them.

          I have a renewed commitment to exercise.

          Food..ok overall, just need to watch my snacking. Water is fine. Need to work on cutting back on coffee. That is my weakness.

          Haven't had time to do much for myself or "reward" myself. Weather permitting, I will do something this week.

          Thanks for everything Liv...this was a great challenge!
