Thank you for posting this and for bumping it. Tried this for dinner and man was I happy. So nice to be able to pick up a "taco" and get a nice crunch like that, tasty too!
Only problem I had was with my first one, I cooked it long enough to be fairly crunchy and it held up well, but I didn't cook it long enough to get out more of the grease, and boy does cheese have a lot of grease =D

I couldn't wait and had them tonight - they are DA BOMB!!! THANK YOU!!!
I had ZERO luck cooking them on the stove, they never held together enough to flip. However I lined a round glass plate with parchment paper and put the cheese on, microwaved for about 1 minute 10 seconds and immediately took it off the paper and formed into a shell - easy as pie!

Re: Do you miss Tacos? Induction friendly recipe with pics!
I've never had tacos.....so this version is all I know!
Spotted this thread, had a read, went and made one and now I've just finished reading this thread lol.
It was scrumptious, thank you!
I stuffed mine with baby spinach leaves, thin slices of roast beef, may and a sprinkle of ground chilli flakes.
