How do you think they'd hold up overnight, Mog? I'm thinking I could make a couple tonight and then bring them to work tomorrow and stuff them with tuna and lettuce for lunch. Would they be all soggy, do you know?

Nope, they hold up just fine! I always make extra so I have one or two for leftovers. You just have to be very careful in how you package and transport them because they will break very easily.

Definitely. I don't want to eat my tacos with a spoon. I'm so excited. Who knew a person could get so excited about tuna? lol

These are delicious! I made them last night in the microwave on parchment paper...oh yummmmmmy. My boyfriend was jealous--he had to have plain corn shells because I used the last of the shredded cheese.

AWESOME dinner idea...I will make these again and again!

I have never heard of this and can't wait to try it. I also eat taco salads almost every day, they have always been a favorite of mine. And yes, I DO miss tacos, but didn't think there was anyway I could eat one and still lose. I can't wait to try this!

Glad to see everyone is still enjoying the "tacos"

For a change from hamburger meat in my tacos. I put a big hunk of beef in the slow cooker last week, with a can of extra hot Rotel tomatos and chilies and some homemade taco seasoning. I let it slow cook all day. And then shredded the beef using 2 forks - it was so tender it fell apart easily. It made wonderful taco stuffing!
