Happy Valentines day and Ash Wednesday (beginning of Lent), that is a really weird combination, one day for chocolate goodness from the other half, which is banned under the fasting rules of Lent, strange huh!
I didn't give in to pancakes yesterday, and may I say what a temptation! ;-)
My OH is well trained, he bought me some pork crackling for valentines, sweet
Tuesday exercise: well apart from spring cleaning the house top to bottom, nothing, so better count it as a rest day. 4 litres water, various hot drinks.
Wednesday exercise: 2 litres of water so far, 45 minutes weight training, +60 ab crunches with 40lb weights.

26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

Wednesday 4.5 litres water, my cardio for the day doesn't count (here)

ummmm... 120+oz water, 25 situps on a decline/incline, whatever it is, 20 minutes on a bicycle, 60 minutes in some cardio dance class, and 60 minutes in Pilates. I dunno what counts as cardio or not...
