        For Sunday, I did 10 minutes of stretching and I did 15 minutes of crunches and stretches today.
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          Monday, day two. 10 minutes stretching, push ups, crunches, and I'm already getting a tad sore.
          MAY 2010 Challenges
          ABS-1200, Squats-1200, Lunges-400, PushUps-700, Stability Ball-250 mins,
          I weigh once a week, Mondays !

            20 min today - I borrowed a stability ball workout dvd from my chiro and boy did it kick my butt!

                Hmmm, day off from the ball today. Too busy pounding t-posts in the ground (my shoulders are SORE), digging weeds in the garden, etc. I got a nice tan

                  Today I did 15 minutes of crunches, stretches, and leg exercises. I also tried the swimming move. That was a lot of fun!

                        finally got jack to get the playstation hooked up so i pulled out my old BALL AND BAND dvd and did the first cario program. 30 minutes

                              I haven't been able to get on the computer in the last few days, and thought I'd better catch up. I took Monday and Thursday off from excercise. Tues, Wed, and today I worked out with the ball for 10 minutes each day. New stats as of today, 50/150. I better get at it I have 8 days to get the next 100 minutes done.
