    Last night I increased my minutes to 20! I was pretty excited I didn't think I could find enough to do to keep me going that long as I don't have to many advanced moves on the ball yet but I added a bunch of different ab excercises and a few leg ones too ......... It's a good feeling to figure out new things to do and keep it fun too!


    Planning on 20 more tonight!

      grant, i'm glad you found out what the "thingy" was.

      for me, using the wieghts overhead has really helped the aches i've had in my shoulders.

      heidi! look at you increasing your minutes! well done!

      bio, as always you are way ahead of the game. only 10 more minutes and you'll be at goal!

      i look forward to the next updates! it's a good month!

        Way to go on increasing your minutes, Heidi! I think you're a ball addict now.

        This morning I did 20 minutes of upper body exercises, abs, and stretches. I'll keep working the ball until the end of the month.

                  I am getting close to goal I guess I should have given myself a little more of a goal but I am not stopping this part of my excercise routine is here to stay I really enjoy it and am trying to learn more to do as well!

                      I bought a book with a bunch of stability ball exercises in it. Its great. I really hated the dvd I bought and found it a pain to keep looking up exercises on the net. Plus I was getting bored with the same ole ones. Now this this book I can look up specific exercises for specific areas and target them. Wish I would have done this earlier...Oh well...better later than never.

                              5 minutes.
                              i was reading my book and did pelvie circles the whole time. i've been doing this all month as jack uses the good desk chair to play his playstation. i use the ball to sit on and play games on the computer so last night i just decided to add my minutes to my total
