Re: September Stability Ball Exercise Challenge
Last night I increased my minutes to 20! I was pretty excited I didn't think I could find enough to do to keep me going that long as I don't have to many advanced moves on the ball yet but I added a bunch of different ab excercises and a few leg ones too ......... It's a good feeling to figure out new things to do and keep it fun too!
Planning on 20 more tonight!
