I don't know how you all do so many .......... Lordy 25 or 30 in a row and I am dying ........... How do you do 100???? Or Lordy do them with weights! Good for you all!!!! I guess I need to extend my goals and push harder. I didn't do any yesterday so nothing new to reposr except amazement when I read your efforts!
Heidi, it gets easier the longer you do it. The exercise video I'm doing-Power 90 has a lot of squats every other day. It's actually broken into 3 different sessions, so they're not all done consequetively. On days if I skip my P90, I may do 30 squats, then 20 pushups then 50 crunches and go back and do some more squats, etc. Using different muscles gives you time to recover from squats and then you're ready to go again.
I started off feeling kinda wimpy, but I've kept at it and built up--you can, too!
