        If only more people would get off their bottoms... You're almost at goal for this month, Mellany! Don't stop now!!

        This morning: 20 minutes of lower body moves, abs, core, and stretches.

        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                  Hi all - well I had to take the day off from work so I decided to try the ball again and managed to work on it for 20 minutes so I think I reached my goal... now question is since there is time in the month ~ should I increase the goal (I still plan on continuing as it will also go to my six week challenge)?

                  Thank all of you for your support ~ it really does mean alot. And CONGRATS to BioGeek for already reaching her goal! WOO HOO!
