        OK, folks! I've got the spreadsheet all workout!!

        Here are the numbers as of today (and please, let me know if they don't match with yours):

        bio: 350/450
        Jo: 223/300
        gman: 375/700
        terbear: 0/400
        heidi: 252/300 (not much further to go!)
        moniegail: 61/200
        LLL: 275/700
        aleby66: 170/200 (almost there!)

        TOTALS for group: 1706/3250 pledged minutes.

        Way to go!! I'll be sending out PMs to everyone to let them know their totals.

          i want to do the ball and band dvd at least 1 time a week and doing my 10 minute tapes on other days. we'll see how that works out.

            Biogeek I added up the numbers before and it was 310/700

            and now I will add these to it

            19th- 60 minute sb class at the gym (hurt so good :P)
            20th- 45 minutes sb dvd
            21st- 60 minutes sb class again

            and nothing for the 22nd yet but ill post it tonight after I do it :P

            so now that is
            475/700

                  updating my mins....sorry i've not posted in a while. been a busy couple weeks. will try hard to get in a couple good workouts this weekend so to not get any farther behind than i already am.

                        here's my update for today

                        23 aug
                        17 minutes

                        mostly stretching, trying to relieve some of the tightness from slimin6 but added some weights, side leg lifts and inner thigh squeeze
