      I gotta say -- L1 is a lot easier after having done L2 and then taking a day's break. I feel like this is very effective, though -- I lost another pound! Another 100 situps and L1 for me today (though I lost it during the bicycle crunches again, everything else is manageable).

          OK I went a little crazy and did level one and then level two. I was nice and sweaty and thought I could keep going. Hard at the end it was. I cannot quite remember what she had me do. In other news tomorrow is a total rest day.

              Yes it is doable. I am used to do Jillian's No more troublezones and it is about 50 minutes long. Not any real cardio in it but you move pretty fast through the strength and abs move. So it is doable. I was back to level one today and only did it. One great thing about shred is that it is 20 min and easy to squeeze in

                                I did level 2 then level 1 on Thursday. I was very wobbly after but it felt good. Kev threw in the towel after the pushups on level one. Haha! I ACHE now though.

                                But what Everlosing and Sarina have said about level 2 is right I think - it doesn't feel as hard on the muscles and joints BUT I found the cardio really tough.
