Re: All Guns Blazing - Photo Challenge
Oh, forgot to mention, the only thing I would stress more in AGB2 is to continuously add weight. It's simply not enough to do these workouts with 6lbs or so every week. That 6lbs needs to become 8lbs, 10lbs, 12lbs, 20lbs, 25lbs, etc. or muscles growth is going to plateau. It always must be as challenging as possible. If you could do another set after you finish your workout, your weights weren't heavy enough. The amount of weight added depends hugely on the exercise, so no standard number can be applied unless everyone is doing the same exercises. Maybe gym-goers like me should be doing to the same 5 exercises as everyone else on top of the workouts, and we should additionally post what weight we are using for those, in progression form.
Exa:
Username A 2/4: 4, 6 lbs
Username B 3/4: 6, 6, 8lbs
.. meaning for Username B he has completed 3 out of 4 workouts, lifting 6lbs for the first two workouts and upping to 8lbs for the 3rd workout.
What do you think?
