use your pedometer to calibrate your treadmill. since you know what feels cofortable for you run that with your ped on and see if it correlates to your treadmill speed. then do your cool down at your comfortable speed and you can then figure you actual treadmill speed. You maybe aboe to reset your treadmill too. check your owners manual.
