            Since the first weight/measurement day of this challenge, these are my changes:
            November 21 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ December 1~~~~~~~~~Difference:
            Weight: 139.6 ~~~~~~~~~~~~136.4~~~~~~~~~~~~~-3.2 pounds

            Total Inches: 370.6~~~~~~~~~ 362.3~~~~~~~~~~~~-8.3 inches

                I have a question for anyone who can answer this.

                During RIU when I am doing the leg lift on elbows and knees...say I am lifting the left leg....its my right side that cramps...is that what is suppose to be happening....or should the same side I'm lifting be cramping.
                I knew right away those were the *sscrampers! lol

                I'm just worried I'm not doing it right.

                  You're supposed to feel it in the leg that is being lifted but the leg on the floor is sustaining a lot of weight (in my case) so it gets cramped up too....before the leg that is being lifted in my case.

                          It helps me to concentrate on (visualize) the muscle that I am supposed to be working. I can feel it from my butt to my upper thigh on the side that I am working. If I don't concentrate on that side, I feel the strain on my knee/side that I am not working.

                            Hey SI6ers~

                            I just finished RIU for today Ive been fighting getting a cold, and missed a few workouts...it feels like you are starting over, my body is shaky and the lunges were really hard. Hopefully in a few days it will be normal again. Take care.
