justright, i plan on cooking those berries downa and freezing them that way. i really liked them that way with a bit of splenda. i likeed the tartness of them.

the truck will be packed tomorrow. we will leave here probably thursday. jack wants to drive straight thru. wednesday, i will have to clean the floors and bathrooms here and make sure everything is in order. we will arrive at the new house some time thursday evening, just in time to get our bed in the house and shower for bed.

the transport truck will be at our location no later than monday, we suppose. can't be sure of an exact day at this point. jack will get back to work next week though and that is a good thing.

Yes... I was thinking you could freeze them. I froze lots of raspberries and blackberries last summer. They're terrific to have on hand. Must look out for cranberries when the season comes around.

I'm betting an extra two lots of abs exercises (170 each, so that means 140) that you'll reach your target fine, Jimmie! Now, seeing as I haven't time to do any extra..... ha ha! Not that I'm pressuring you any.... smiles.

Still not sure whether we're leaving Friday or Tuesday... couldn't get tickets as they're changing the booking system and we have to do them direct at the port of Naples, the day of the trip. I'm rooting for Tuesday, as I've so much on right now...hub on the other hand is raring to go!

Awww 2big! Don't like to think of you getting lonely around here. Am counting on getting online a bit down in the islands. Will pop in!

      Did my dance/exercise/walk this morning.

Thanks so much 2big... actually now not leaving until Tuesday... but too rushed to do much in the way of exercise.... I mean, I'm still doing it...but not with great energy or concentration... the abs challenge has rather gone by the wayside, but am past target on that one.

Hope to get online a little down in the islands... so might be around some.

            Keep moving everyone!

Thanks to 2big for invitation to this challenge. I am on a rest day today. Running 4+ miles the two previous days have my quads a burning today. I really should start lifting again, so that might be my exercise for the day unless playing board games with the kids count.

I just got done with 2.5 miles @ 7.7mph before my meeting tonight. I skipped working out last night, so that will have to be done tonight as well.

Back from vacation...Brought my running shoes down to Fla but only ran once (on the beach and it was beautiful)..wish i'd run more but didn't seem to find the time. I did walk miles and miles and hours and hours through the aisles of Target and Walmart (hey..i consider this a sport!). I'm up a few water lbs i'm quite sure...my running is gonna start again today, as well as my pilates (i wasn't happy with my tummy in my bikini when i saw my pics, i've been slacking on the pilates/abwork). I am swamped with work but am going to make a sincere effort to make sure I make the time for my exercise. No Excuses!

Only problem is its still so bloody cold here!!!! After coming back from Fla -5 c feels much colder than it did before I left!

Started up my running again yesterday despite the cold weather:

20 mins Tues morning with 20 min walk at night

15 min run this morning, 20 min run tonight at 7.

I'm going back to the gym on monday, hubby's tennis elbow is finally getting better, i'm not much good at going there myself..he drags my butt there so i haven't been going since he's been injured.

still need to start my pilates too.

                          Jimmie Jo where are you?

okay did my BFL tuesday and today with the cardio after and HIIT yesterday.

I tried the power 90 7-7-7 pushups on my fitness ball and forgot to slide up the ball so I could balance better before the first wide hand set and came right off the ball slamming my lower body into the floor but not my face

Sally good for you for keep up with your exersize on your vacation! I'm terrible for that

I used TTDrivers mapmyrun website to figure out how far i'm running (i've never really measured it..just ran for a specific time). So today I ran 1.5 miles at lunch, and another 1 mile at 9 p.m. with the dog. I would have done another 1.5 but the back of my leg is bothering me. I started my pilates again and I think that's what did it. doesn't bother me when i run actually, only when i walk , but figured i shouldn't push it.

i think for now i'm going to aim for 2 1.5 mile runs a day, then as the weather gets nicer make at least one of them longer. Though the weather is much better this week than last! It's up to the mid 50's the week
