    Yup! I love the YBB Hip Hop Abs especially. I havent' really had time to get in to the others yet. Debbie has kept me a little busy?
    I'm gonna get in Slim & Limber today too. My body feels like it needs it. I really enjoy that stretching!

      Ok i just ordered the cario party 2, and ab jam. they said it was 29.95 but i used the coupon code i got with my first order for 25$ off, so it just came out to be 4.95.         Muscles: Crying.

        My upper body is TOAST! And okay, who thought to throw in that yoga chair sit pose in the middle of all that?! Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwch.

        I forgot how much I like this workout though and how much I enjoy the stretching at the end. I will toss in Slim 'n Limber when the kids get home and I might even talk them into 6pack with me. hehe


        Heart Rate Moniter Stats:

        Workout time: 57minutes 18 seconds(I forgot to start it right away)
        In Zone: 28 minutes 6 seconds
        Average Heart Rate: 132 (wow. That's low!)
        Max Heart Rate: 176
        Calories Burned: 424.

        I need to work harder next time!

          Ok i feel like a dud. I went and got my slim in 6 and its diferent from slim series. So i guess i will be returning slim in 6 and getting the series. I should of looked at this before i ordered and since i would prefer the slim series and cant afford both i will just rotate through what i have until i get my slim series. Heres whats on the slim in 6, start it up, ramp it up, burn it up and slim in limber and slim and 6pack. Can anyone recomemd a replace ment for mix it up until i get the slim series.

            Qiana- Si6 is a SOLID workout program. Most of us have done slim in six at least once, if not more times (the entire program) and all of us still view Ramp It Up and Burn It Up as kick-butt workouts. It's a solid addition to a library! Honestly!

            If you are going to go ahead and get the Slim Series, I'd suggest rotating through Ramp It Up and Burn It Up once you've conquered all of Ramp It Up.

              Qiana, the challenge we just finished was the start it up, ramp it up and burn it up. Everybody here doesn't have the Slim Series, and those that don't have the Slim Series are substituting the SIU, RIU and BIU. I would keep the Si6 and start with that before moving to the Slim Series. Just my opinion.

                OK, so I only did TJ20 today and I totally feel like it was totally kicking my @ss!!!!! GGGRRRR... I am soooo mad at myself for letting me slide out of routine... oh well, its over, move on!!!!! Thats why I am here. On one of the other rotation days that I am supposed to do TJ20 I will do a harder workout. Got my videos today so I will be starting them tomorrow. So, does that mean I get a star today or do I have to do the first workout on the first day?

                      Hubby & I did Mix it Up! tonight. It was tough, but a great workout! I know I'm gonna be sore tomorrow. It suppose to be worth it, right?
