Top Ten Changes Since I Became a Vidiot
1. I have triceps! And stomach muscles! And back muscles!
2. Budget formerly spent on books and magazines, now spent on videos and weights.
3. Able to eat more, while measuring less.
4. Great cholesterol levels.
5. Able to complete the 3/4 mile walk from the train to my office in record time.
6. Look forward to weekends and holidays as an opportunity to work out more.
7. No longer afraid to move into pre-maintenance/maintenance diet.
8. Able to lift the kids without straining.
9. No more back pain.
10. I'm all around happier, healthier, and more stress free.
