I got through this with 5 pound weights. UNTIL those stupid "w" presses. Those KILL me!
And yup, ankle weights, and those 45 degree angle leg lifts, I forgot about those!!
I really do like this workout though.
NOW, 200 cases of soda on it's way here! Ack! What was I thinking???

5 lb weights, wow barb you truly are Wonder WOman. I can barely do it without weights!!! Have to get to work early today, so started my morning with TJ 20 minute workout.

I think i am going to call today half sick day and half work out, cause i did 6pack, and half of cardio party1, but i fell like crap so i couldnt make it all the way through.
So, I am thinking of doing Tone it Up again today. My arms are just a little sore (very little) and I want to conquer those side leg lifts on the floor!! This has become a challenge to me LOL.
I'll let ya know what I end up doing.............

5 pound weights and ankle weights. Those W presses are just going to kill me, I swear. I switch to 3 pound weights for those. Got a little further on those leg lifts, but DANG they hurt! I wonder why that move hurts soooo much??? She is right, we are not really doing much there!!!
