So I'll decide tomorrow if I'll continue week 1 or move onto week 2.
What are your thoughts on doing it more than 3 days a week? I know it says to go slow but I really do like doing this a lot.

with doing this program, (hopefully very successful) maybe run a 5k, and Turbo Jam. Maybe find something else you enjoy doing on the alternative days. Gosh, I'm sorry if I may not be any help. I hope whatever you decide works well for you! Be sure to keep us posted!
Does anyone feel the hamstrings start to burn more in the longer interval jogs? I stretch really well, or so I think, before I begin...maybe it's just the fat burning!! Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
and knowing that I can actually jog without passing out...lol).
