Lord of mercy, Lisa! I feel *drained* just by reading your workout today! HUGE congrats on jogging 2 freaking miles!!!!! WOW!
The extra walk was nothing...I just considered it an *extended* cool down! LOL Much harder to jog an extra 5 minutes than to walk an hour!!! I'm pumped now to do day 3 tomorrow!

You're doing great for beginning---2 miles in 30 minutes is quite fast. I'm impressed!
