My goal this week (for posting either later this week or next Monday) for the vitamin forum is to write something about iron and then write a new thread for newbies on what to take (with links to some of the other topics I've written). Always seems like there's some confusion on what to take with multivitamins and such, so I'd like to help them out first before I help you veterans.
After that, I'll start writting about what was suggested earlier.

I also need somebody to analyse my Multivitamins. I take three of these Kirkland Performance Multivitamins a day. I guess I take three, because I got so used to taking the Atkins Basic 3's.
