me too! but i have to get mine taken for today. jack will get his tonight.

                    i have news:
i think i said this before but jack doesn't ask what i'm giving him. i could poison the man and he wouldn't even know it. i started giving him Gludosamin Chondrotin complex about 4 or 5 weeks ago, never telling him what the extra pill was.
last night when he came home from work, i asked how he felt and he said "my neck and shoulders don't feel as bad as they use to. in fact, my legs don't feel as bad either".
the man stands on concrete all day and this use to kill him! he would complain every day when a job required him to do that.
so i said "fantastic! i've had you on Glucosmine Chondrotin and the little B vitamin. i think it's working!".

                      I'm still on track.

I love glucosamine/chondroitin. My knees would sometimes hurt after running. Now they don't hurt one bit!

I am very confused right now. What all should I be taking???

I have my basic 3 and I was taking my essential oils but I ran out. I was reading in the beginning of this thread that you don't really need Omega 6 and 9. Just Omega 3.

So should I just buy an Omega 3??

                              Anything else for weightloss??

I'm sorry to ask so many questions...I can't afford to buy the VitaNutrients book until wednesday

Hey jsj, I saw your post in the other thread first, so I responded there.

As far as what to take for weightloss, Atkins has some supplements that he recommends for those that are overweight & obese such as L-carnitine (1000-2000mg), Glutamine (2-4 grams), various B vitamins, etc. He also mentions chromium picolinate and a few others.

The Vitanutrient book is a great read, and is a good place to start in learning about various supplements.
