    Awww Cincy... sorry to hear you've been "got at" by the dentist! I'm told cloves are a great natural oral pain killer. You just chew on a clove (apparently).

    As for me, I'm back to regular vit taking now that I'm home. Phew!

                    do you guys have any specail thing you do to remember to take vitamins now? or has the challenge been enough to keep it on your mind?
                    i've known some people to put each days in one of of those plastic dated thingajigs. i've just been laying my out in the morning so i remember to take them after i eat. this does not always work though.

                      I do use the plastic daily box and take them with my dinner. That's the only way I would remember. AND, this challenge has been really great for me.

                        I tried pill boxes, but that didn't work for me. For pills I take in the morning, I lay them on a small plate the night before along with an empty glass. When I see it in the morning when I'm in zombie mode, I take 'em.

                        For my afternoon set, I just have a variety of vitamin bottles next to my computer at work.

                        For the evening set, I also place them on a small plate, but this happens while dinner is cooking.

                        Works for me so far. I don't know if I need any more cues to remember or not. It's pretty much habit by now.

                          It's pretty much habit by now.
                          i think that was the whole point of getting this started, bio. getting to the point that it's habit just like our picks for what we eat and getting our exercise in. i know i need to get to that point as far as supplements go.

                          i need to go take my echinacea and lay out my pills for the day.

                            silly, do you fix your's for the whole week then? and do you lay them in a prominant place so you see them right off in the mornings?

                              I leave the bottles out on the kitchen table. Problem is... I often have lunch at another house... and remember when I get home.
