        Liz, I guess I'll stick with my original goal of 222 for July 4th. Not sure if I'll hit my b-day goal of 235, but what the heck. And 30 minutes exercise 3 days a week.....How many weeks is this? Brain cramp. Math somebody!!

          Chicklady - that's 1080 minutes. It's roughly a 12-week challenge.

          I like the pic by the way. It's much nicer to put a face with a name .

                        Glad you joined, it will be a great challenge for all of us.

                        What I know:
                        1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                        2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                        3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                        4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                            Welcome back (today or tomorrow?)! You'll have to tell us all about it.

                            Can I please update my weight/weight goal? My current weight is 229 and I'd still like to lose 25 so my goal will be 204. I'll keep the minutes as is.

                              I hope it's not too late to join!!!

                              I will be weighing myself Monday (April 14th). So I will report that My goal is 199lbs by July 4th! I'm so pumped! This will be an amazing challenge. I did a half hour workout today in the pool. And I pledge a total of 2000 minutes! So 30 down!

                                Hi everyone...

                                Yesterday I was checking my weight loss goal and I was wondering, maybe its too much??? Im terrible with math so Im checking how much weight I would have to lose to meet my goal and its a lot! Im still going to try to, but I dont know if I can change my goal to 260 instead of 250? Its just that I dont want to fail because I went to low on my goal, or is it to high? hehehe well I hope someone can clear me this doubt, hope you had a great time Liz!
