          120 minutes tonight. I met with my trainer and had an awesome workout (legs and abs). I'm loving having a personal trainer.

                          Last week I logged 4 hours of heavy gardening. I'm talking, tilling, raking, making furrows, and planting. So...

                          My current weight 298.8, Starting weight: 311.4, Goal for challenge: 281.4
                          17.4 to go, 12.6 lost

                            I'm happy to report that I'm losing steady and getting my exercise in. I'm at 235 today. I have 10 more pounds to go to get to goal for this challenge.
                            Also would like to report my 180 minutes of exercise. Walking and stair climbing.
