I'm happy to report that I'm losing steady and getting my exercise in. I'm at 235 today. I have 10 more pounds to go to get to goal for this challenge. Also would like to report my 180 minutes of exercise. Walking and stair climbing. 330/1000 minutes 235/225 pounds
