Well it's day 9 for me today. I stayed on track with BREAKFAST: bacon, sliced zuchinni, 3 egg and parmesian cheese scram. decaf w/ hvy crm & 1 splenda. LUNCH: 4 oz broiled steak with sliced cucumber. DINNER: 2 tostadas made with cheddar cheese shells, chili gr beef, sour cream, red onion, lettuce ,salsa ,jalepeno, and black olives. Lots and lots of water, 120 oz. I noticed today my clothes fitting better. Just feeling better in general today.Wishing all of you a great evening!

I purchased and served a birthday cake at work today.. ate none... Went to an Boy Scout Eagle Court of Honor with.. you got it, more cake and cookies. Just stayed away from the table and didn't eat that either. I looked at it and thought, Not worth losing what I've started here. And then I thought that I would have to come in here tonight and tell on myself and decided it didn't look that good.. Told you that you guys were good for me.
