MArty....Like cake, I too want one of the mirrors. Just let me know how much the item and shipping costs. I see that you only have 26lbs to your goal. Keep up the good work. You are really into the 60's (166) now.

Cat...at your height you would look fab in a size 12...13/14. I am a little woman. I am only about 5'2...I just round up. So a size 7 for me would be just about right. Any smaller and I would probably look like I had been smoking. LOL Glad to hear the back pain is better.

Sherri...Can't believe you cooked all of those sweets and still maintin your sanity, wow what will power you have. I'd be going crazy.

Sunny...Glad to see that you are feeling better. I love to shop for kids also. Especially little girls. I love all of the disney princess stuff. I admire your generosity.

Sweets;;;the scale is evil. But it is so hard to avoid. I have to hide mine sometimes.

      Hello Ladies,
Glad to hear you all had a good day!!! My day is done.. and no cheats!!! I had a cheese string for lunch.. was busy decorating for Christmas and wasn't that hungry. For dinner I had the mashed califlouwer.. yummmmmm!!!! I mashed it with a tbls of cream, tbls of sour cream and some butter!!! It was sooooo good.. I saved some for breakfast!! I had some chicken on the side!! Got my water in!!

Tomorrow night I am going to a dinner social for the home & school association that I am on. It is being held at a all-you-can-eat buffet.. but I am not worried.. because I know I can have all the meat... roast beef, turkey, ham.. and veggies.. caesar salad.. so is actually not bothering me!!! I actually have no desire to come out of induction it is working and I am not bored of the food!!

I hope you all have a GREAT Monday!!!

      Take care of you......

Shelly--you sound like you are determined! That's the right attitude. I am trying hard to get the last pounds off--it's slow going.

I have a lot of friends in Ontario: Guelph, Toronto, Sauble Beach and Mississauga. It's been a while since I went up. I love Canada. I also have a lot of friends on Vancouver Island.

        Sunny!

I have to show/tell you guys this! I picked a ripe strawberry today and we had snow--all on the same day! Actually, I need to tell you the whole story. (Better get comfy!) I heard the neighbors dog, who thinks he belongs to me, start barking as he only does when some male is close to my porch. I looked out to see who he was about to eat for a snack, and there were three guys with hardhats and a shovel in my yard. I went out to see what they were doing, and was about stuttering when I saw how good looking all three were. I would have looked for the movie cameras, if I could have taken my eyes off them long enough. I finally snapped out of it long enough to ascertain that they were from Dominion Power, there to repair/replace a guy-wire that the lawn boy snapped off in the summer of 2006. While I was wondering why these hunks would be working for a power company, when they could be making a killing in Hollywood, the best looking one said, "Did you know that you have a ripe strawberry?" And I said, "What's a strawberry"...not really--I took my eyes off him long enough to pick this lucious strawberry.

Just wish I had been bold enough to take their picture, while the muscles rippled as they dug the hole with the shovel... There was a time when I would have made them pose for me.

More miracles happened today! I went to three different stores and bought many Christmas presents and it's just barely December. I went to Family Dollar and got a bunch of stuff for my little guys for not very much money. They had lots of Spiderman, Shrek and Sponge Bob stuff. I've got everything for their stockings, except for the stockings. I had a lot of fun. I saw all kinds of cute girl stuff. If you guys lived closer, I could be an extra grandma to your adorable kids. Kids can't have too many grandmas.

          Sunny!

            Hello

Well I had my social dinner tonight... I stuck to the caesar salad and just the meats.. not a lick of sweets, potatoes .. but man do I feel sick!!!!!!!! I am wondering if there was sugar in the dressing... I soooo feel like I have the flu .. big time!!!!! I guess I just need to sleep it off and try again tomorrow..

I knew I should have asked the ingredients list in the dressing.. but thought it's caesar.. how bad can it be!!!! But boy do I feel sick!!!!!

I hope you all had a great day.....

Good evening Kassoria, Marty, Sherri, Sunny, and Sweets! Ok, I'm so whooped I can't even respond to you lovely ladies tonight. I went shopping today in another town because my daughter needed a coat (she hates the bulky ones and cried this morning to take one off). I found one online at Kohl's but it was sold out. The next town over had one in their store. I had never been there....very narrow roads and the Kentucky River flowing so nicely beside it (I almost upchoked). I don't like large bodies of water beside me. I'm so stiff from gripping the wheel. It was dark when I left the store so I had to make my way to the interstate to make a complete circle back home because I refused to travel the narrow road back home in the dark beside the water!! Nope, I would have rented a hotel room first.

Breakfast: bacon & eggs (with heavy cream and fried in butter)
Lunch: green beans, ham, and salad with ranch dressing
Dinner: 2 Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers sans the bun (Wendy) and a cup of broccoli
              Water: 64.7 oz. of water
Snack: 1 oz of pork skins

**Ok, I lied, I have one response: Sunny send one of those men to Kentucky (please share).

Hi Cat, Sunny, Marty,Kass and Shelly! Hope all of you had a wonderful day. Mondays are my day off to rest. I rested by hanging more lights on my fence outside. Hehe. I need one more strand to finish it off. They're so pretty. MARTY- I love that mirror of your's dear, very cool! I gotta have me one of those. CAT- Good news that your back is feeling better from the PT. I'm going to pick me up some resistance bands. I bought the Curves book and they have all the exercises in it to target different areas. My difficult area is my stomach. So I'll be working on that area. KASS, I would be happy to be wearing my size 15 levis I was wearing at 219 lbs. just over a year ago. I'm 5'10,5" My legs looked like stilts in those jeans. I have no @ss. I carry my weight up front in my boobs and stomach. I'd be happy to just get back to goal. Someday! SUNNY, Hope all is well with you today dear. I was thinking about you. How did your friend like his brownies yesterday? You are so thoughtful and a Gem! Shelly, Buffets are great! I always head for the salad bar and the baked fish. Yummo as Cat would say. I too love your determination. Keep up that commitment to yourself. It will all pay off! Wishing all of you a wonderful evening, TTYL
