Oh my gosh....I can't believe we had the same thing. Never before have I had a sinus infection (and I get them frequently) that made me so nauseous. I'm glad you are feeling better.
I can't wait to get to maintenance (I just want to know what it feels like to actually stick to a plan and reach my goal weight).

If they want to make a nice comment like, "I like your nails" then that's fine. But otherwise, they need to leave it alone.

Hey everyone! I hope you're all well today. I'm starting to get a chest cold or something. I hardly ever get sick but it's like it's just raining illness for the last two months. You think it's because my body is adjusting to these changes?

Anyway....I'm doing good. I have had eggs and sausage for breakfast and now am eating ham, cucumbers with ranch dressing and green beans for lunch.

I guess he had time to pay attention in class instead of fighting off the girls. This guy, named Dr. Figg, was so odd looking, I couldn't help but stare! That's what I was most afraid of because of the concerts coming up. I have to go back for another one on January 11th., and I made sure Dr. Cute B. Dumb was not on duty on that day.

Now I just have to take it easy for a couple of days--no driving for 12 hours, no lifting over 5 pounds for 48 hours, no exercise. The down side is that they inject steroids and they cause a sugar spike and I swell up like a balloon. Already, my hands will barely bend.

I used to get this about my eyes! My eye color is a very vivid blue/green. About the color of tropical ocean water. I wore thick glasses for years, and nobody thought anything, but when I started wearing clear contacts, people would say, "You have the most beautiful eyes, but they're not real, right?" I had one woman that wanted me to prove they weren't colored contacts. Now that I had to start wearing glasses again, no one mentions it.

Hi Sunny! I'm so happy your procedure went well. I have to agree that brains + beauty (with men) are not usually compatible. My ex-husband was cute but dumb as a rock. Sorry to say that, but the truth is the truth. I could have a better conversation with the wall than I could with him. LOL!! Stick with Dr. Figg (you know I'm thinking of Fig Newtons) and have to laugh!!

Hello Everyone! Good to see everyone here. Sweets, I'm happy to hear you're feeling much better! Marty, and Kass, I'll some how arrange to put up a pic around the New Years. I have no clue how to do that. Maybe if I ask Cat, she'll help me some how. Even if I have to send her a pic of myself. Sunny, You're so funny, "Howdy Doody", that big forhead may means he has a bigger brain. Bigger than cute Dr. B.'s Dumbs brain! I'm happy to hear your voice isn't hoarse so you can sing. Sorry to hear about the swelling. How long does that last? Hopefully not long. Big hugs to you Sunny. Cat, so you all wanna see me face, ha? Well we'll have to remedy that ha. I've got a plan and I'll be letting one of you in on it,(suprise) So be patient, "good things come to those who wait" Hehe! You're so funny, thinking of "fig newtons" when Sunny mentioned Dr. Figg. I did too, LOL. Big to all of you. I'm so proud of each and every one of you for your accomplishments and commitments to yourselves, Totally Awesome! TTYL
