Hi My Derby Sisters!!! Man i have missed you all. Well bad news, still not in my home, i brought my daughter to the library to do some work on the computer they have here so im here checking in. Hopefully we can be back in on friday. We thought they could at least get the power back up but the way the tree hit, it did a lot of damage to the main power box, so we have to wait until they get the roof repaired to do anything. It is hard living in a one room hotel with 2 kids lol. Its even harder when i have no access to a computer. I have two desktops at home, but this made me realize how bad i could use a laptop.

Well i just wanted to check in and say hi and i cant wait to get back on here and get back in my groove. I hope you all have a blessed week.

Well hurry up and get back here already! I had to go back on the strict yeast-free diet and it is easier if you have someone to suffer with you! I did really well until I started craving blue cheese dressing and then I made grilled blue cheese burgers and bang it was back! I was eating too much regular cheese and sour cream as well.

          Sunny!

Ha ha! How do you know that I wasn't here cause I was having a party with the Chippendales and didn't want to share???

I got so pouty that no one was around yesterday and I was gonna have to start the yeast-free diet today, that after resisting until almost 11:00 p.m., I caved in and cheated big time. Today would have been day 40 cheat-free. Then the bad reaction I got from eating wheat kept me awake almost all night.

I am also worried that I will have to go back on antibiotics ! I had a bunch of trouble with the drain on the right side (the one he stitched to the bandage), but none with the one on the left. The hole on the right still hasn't closed completely, but it is not infected. The one on the left has been closed and the scar almost gone, but as of last night, the area around it is hugely swollen and hot to the touch. Since it is not open, I don't know what to do for it. I put Neosporin over the area, but it won't do much good that way! I do not want to take any more antibiotics!

            Sunny!

Oh, Goody! We were only under a flood watch with thunderstorms. Now we are under the above and winds 70 mph and a tornado watch. We almost never have a tornado, but when we do it's a doozy. I hate wind!

Just wanted to do a pop in to say hello to everyone.... Last couple of weeks have been crazy... We had our audit from the "gov't" yesterday so things will get back to normal. My boss flew in last week (yearly face to face) and didn't leave work until anywhere from 7:30p to 10:30pm each night... I'm too old for this.

Haven't had the time to check all of the posts here but will get back to that. I do love your hair there Glenda. I took some time yesterday and got my hair cut and nails done.... My gift to myself for not killing anyone last week.

Sunny I understand the wind. We had real bad winds (again) her Sat. night. We have one of those tubular garages that we normally keep my DH's 65 'stang in during bad weather. Although we knew that snow was coming Sun. morning we didn't put it in the "garage". Thank goodness. The wind was so bad that it ripped it out of the ground and completed flipped it upside down.

I know I sound like a broken record... but I have to get ready for scouts.

                Later my lovely ladies...

                    Hi all,

It's official.....my friend and I have booked our trip to Vegas in June. I am so excited!!!!

I am taking classes this month and I am swamped with work already. I too went through 2 audits this week. We have a dual program...a school with a therapeutic component. CA Dept of Ed came out to audit our program and we passed with a few things to improve on...but for the most part it was a very good review. So glad that's over...I am less involved with the other audit, but it is going well also.

I have been on plan but the weight loss has stalled and I am still up two lbs from moving on to OWL..since the last time I weighed. I have actually been too busy to weigh.

                    Talk to you later ladies!!!

                      Hello everyone,

I hope all is going well. I was home sick today with my sinuses. I am still on track with my eating and water. I have not been able to exercise yet this week but I plan on doing something tomorrow. Other than that, I am doing good. Glory to God.

Cat, what ever happened with the 20 year old? Did you all go out?

Yep, and my legs felt like rubber. Tonight did Leslie Sansone 2 Mile Brisk Walk. I'm now fitting comfortably in my size 16s (started in a size 22). I think I'm losing more inches than weight. At any rate, I'm psyched.

Just emailing back and forth. He lives in my hometown which is almost 3 hours from here (closer to Virginia).

Ok, my peeps....my throat started hurting again after the antibiotics (never truly went away) so I've had to haul out the big guns. I am back on the grapefruit seed extract. I normally mixed with Hawaaian (sp?) Punch but am now using Diet Rite orange with Splenda. I hate strep.

Glenda, love the hair; Sunny, hang in there. Sorry that I wasn't here for you.

I'm off to bed my sisters.
